An update to my initial review: Kardashian Jenner Week - I was so excited to finally see Kourtney’s Flourless Chocolate Cake on the Crumbl Cookies menu! As someone who needs gluten-free options, it was my first time truly experiencing what Crumbl has to offer—and it did not disappoint. The flourless cake had a perfectly moist texture and wasn’t overly sweet or too rich. It struck a great balance and was so enjoyable, I ended up buying two! My daughter tried Kris’ Classic Yellow Layer Cake and Kendall’s Cookie Dough Cupcake Cookie—she loved them both, but the cookie dough cupcake was hands-down her favorite. Hopefully, Crumbl continues to expand their gluten-free offerings so that more people with gluten sensitivities can indulge in their delicious creations. This was definitely a sweet step in the right direction! We visited the new Crumbl Cookies in Wildwood and were thoroughly impressed! The shop is smaller than other locations, but it’s spotless, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were courteous and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. We ordered a box of cookies featuring Strawberry Cupcake, Red Velvet, Brioche, and Buttercream Cake—each one absolutely mouthwatering! The flavors were rich, the textures perfect, and they were fresh out of the oven. It was a treat watching the staff prepare and bake the cookies while we waited for our order. The only downside is that they don’t offer gluten-free options, but hopefully, that will change in the future. Overall, a fantastic addition to Wildwood—highly recommended for any cookie lover!

Great location! Friendly and outgoing employees. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who was assisting everyone in the store. There were several new customers who were learning the process, how to place their orders, and he was attentive, patient and helpful. I had placed my order on the app a day prior thinking the store would be extremely busy opening week (like the Ocala location’s grand opening), but it wasn’t at all. There were 3 people ahead of me on a Thursday at 11am. My order was ready immediately, the time slot I had requested pick-up, as I entered the store. It was packaged and ready to go. Extremely pleased with service and product! I will be visiting this location regularly.

We tried Crumble tonight after hearing such great things. First I wasn't a fan of the fully automated self-service for ordering, and the fact that you can only pay by credit card. Second, I was surprised there were only about six different types of cookies to choose from and they were very ordinary flavors. We chose a box of three for $10. We got the chocolate chunk cookie. When we got the box we were shocked again because they are tiny. And they're nothing special, I can tell you that. I will never ever go back. This place is way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go to the grocery store and get some Publix bakery cookies. They taste just as good and they are a fraction of the price.

We don’t purchase these cookies often, but today we decided to try one of their specific flavors at this facility. One of the menu screens at the drive-thru was not working, yet we could still see the flavors and attempted to order. The speaker was not very clear so we repeated the order for a 4-pack multiple times. The drive-thru associate simply kept interrupting us and stating over and over that she couldn’t “take our order like that” with no specific reasoning behind it, then with attitude someone from the back yelled that the one specific cookie was only available in the mini version. We once again ordered because we were ok with that without being aware that that they are not sold individually in that size which was also not specified on the single working menu screen. The staff members were not only rude and dismissive, but also at no point explained how the products were sold nor provided any options for us to purchase what we were looking for. I understand that we all have bad days and some things are out of the employee’s control. We were truly trying to work with the options, but some common courtesy and better customer service would’ve been appreciated. I recommend that you go spend your hard-earned...

Where do I start? My husband and I went to crumble 1 week prior and ordered mini choc chip. They were so good. This week we ordered 6 cookies through the drive through when we opened the box they were full of salt! My husband went into the store and they said that's the way they come this week. They offered no money back and had no other cookies to offer us without salt. What on earth makes a company think people want salt all over their chocolate chip cookies. I will no longer go back because they laughed in my husbands face and offered no compensation. Horrible service. You should also put on the menu outside there is salt on the cookies for people that have high blood pressure too! Never going back. DO...
