Subway — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre Township

This rating is a bit confusing but as you read you will understand. I hope the owner or manager reads this message. I also want to start off by saying that my wife is pregnant and she wanted to get a Subway. You guys need to do one of two things. Either change the time online and at the store saying that you close at 9:30pm. We went there to get a sandwich and the representative that was there said that she was already closed as of 9:30pm. She said that she was already picking up and that she was by herself. Why should I or any other customer suffer from the lack and motivation to work as this employee displayed when we got there. She wasn’t even at the front. She was on the back like if she was hiding from being seen. This is everything that is wrong with places now a day. I respect everyone’s time and this is the worst by far in customer service that I have ever received. I can’t even call this service. This is unacceptable. I was okay with understanding that after 9:30pm I can’t order via the online ordering using the app. I honestly I’m planing on closing my subway app and never ordering again. Make your own sandwiches at home people. After all these industries are just getting rich off of us and their food is not health. Service at this Walmart is horrible... This girl should not be working there at all. First of all I walked into subway to place and order at 9:15 pm. The girl was sitting in the back we're u can see her with her earphones on only to be told she was closed. Now mind u the lights were all on and the gate was still up and people were still eating I only wanted a 6' hoagie it wasn't like I was ordering 3 foot longs but she refused to make it. Wow great for business!! On another occasion she told me how much stuff to put on my sub that I was eating. Really are u eating it make it the way I eat it not you when it was time to check out she refused to take a coupon that I handed her with her saying I don't take coupons but in the mean time the subway down the street does. Same owners by the way. She is ruining business for this person I know for sure I'll never go back there again and I definitely told my family and friends not to that subway. They definitely need to fire her or teach her customer service. Best part they close...

This, except my local Walmart, is the ONLY subway I go to. My food is always right. Except once when they forgot a bag of chips on my massive to go order. I'm not mad, just being honest. Plus, the new owner is so nice. My son is special needs. He's a difficult order. The owner was working the counter himself! He made my son's sandwich and was so, so, so patient with him. It was so heartwarming. Plus he hooked with my daughter about hating chicken growing up. I hope the business never turns him cold. But really, great place that makes everything right.
