Worst service ever 😒 was good till I got a pizza that had mold on the cheese a month ago also another the had a finger nail in it before that not to mention there hair that get in most there pizza it was my favorite but too many bad experiences now I still went there for a beer or two and was always nice and always gave tips. Today I had to walk I had my puppy with me he is a service animal I bring him almost everywhere even to restaurants they just ask if he is a service pet when I say ya they always say it's fine most people love him any way he is a big baby and get scared by him self most people tie the dog up and go in but he would get scared and brake that In a second I ask one of the workers if I can bring him in quick he said it ok I got my beer then waited in line a big guy there the deliver man said he is not moving he is scared of being bit I told him and the works he is a service animal they still said he needs to go out witch upset me as I have papers saying he is aload with me but It was fine with that as the one that said it's ok also said he would watch him but when I turned around the 2 lady's at the cash drawer were talking about me saying I don't know what's wrong with him bringing a dog in here it was in front of customers too which maid me feel embarrassed I then said it's the last time I will be there they asked why because of the dog I said no it was the way you were talking about me. any place I went to if they don't want a dog in there they just say the dog is not allowed in less it a service animal or just simply say no dogs aloud even if it's a service dog. Even when I was leaving the deliver guy had to say more stuff to me saying he don't care if he is a service dog he is a pitbull. one thing I hate is when people judge pitbulls they are very smart and a non aggressive dog unless raised wrong but he is a baby remember when I brought him in he was scared of that guy and stayed behind me yet he was saying he was scared now my puppy is a labrador mix but It don't matter if he was a pit I understand if people are scared of dogs but there is no need to be rude I still have pictures of the pizza I was just letting it go and not getting pizza no more but after today I'm definitely going to make a report the news they seem to like new info like this I had a lot of different experience and the news always follows up with a good or this case terrible news It was my favorite place for pizza seems after that nice man that passed away it's been getting worse there by the way that same guy use to love my puppies I brought two of my other dogs to see him a lil pug and a pit pug mix i would hold the one puppy up cause she love to kiss him when he worked there they always brought a smile to his face. Ordered 3 large pizzas: pepperoni with sweet sauce; swreet sauce half pepperoni half plain; and for me upside down Italian sausage with sweet sauce. All of them made deliciously 😋. Went and picked them up, it's got a couple tables for dining but it's usually people waiting to pick up food. That's the only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere. They're so good and so busy they need a bigger place so it doesn't seem squished while waiting foe your food. Service is 5 stars because any time I go my food is ready just when they say and I'm in and out and always accommodating. If you havnt ever had riccis pizza 🍕 you need to try it right away. We were told that the pizza here was the best pizza we will ever eat. We eat a lot of pizza...so this was no small task!

We were told by our local friend that we needed to order this: Sicilian Pie with onions, sausage, extra cheese and sweet sauce.

This was pretty mindblowing. The sweet sauce, the dough, the sausage....We thought maybe a touch too much cheese, but then again, we ordered extra. We figure that regular cheese might not be enough, extra cheese was just a wee bit too much...but we'd rather have more than not enough. They've eaten here a zillion times, so they know...that was what to order.

So glad during the COVID-19 Pandemic, they were open through the door window. We took an almost 2 hour ride for it, and super glad we did. Why would anyone visit Old Forge (anywhere there) is beyond me. This place...
