Unfortunately after 5 (consecutive) “bad experiences” I will leave a bad review with backstory.
4 consecutive orders that were wrong - Food was sub-par, wrongly cut every time, received someone else’s order, no sauce, pizza not cooked thoroughly and RAW, the list goes on.
Got in touch with Manager (name: K).
Manager promised to rectify and send “coupons” (11-20-2022)
December 30, I contacted the manager again to ask about the “coupons” I had not received along with our last order as it was wrong again.
Manager stated that they had already refunded money back on our card and to expect the funds in our account in 2-3 business days (This was a lie).
I told them we paid in cash that time (not via card) so that was not possible.
Manager apologized and said they just assumed we paid via card, backtracked, and said that they would have the full cash amount ready for pickup in person.
We told them we were not comfortable with taking back money from a Willard business.
We were offered free pizzas.
We had a family member go to pick up the free pizzas, and on our behalf, provide a small gift to all of the employees for the holidays.
Upon arrival, family member stated who they were with, that they were picking up the free pizzas and handed over the gift.
Employees told them to park and that they would bring out the pizzas to them.
More than 30 minutes later, family member got tired of waiting and went back to ask for a timeframe, politely.
Family member heard multiple employees snickering and saying “pizza was free” among other trivial comments.
An employee then gave them the pizza and said it had already been packaged and had just been sitting.
Once again, at our home, the 5th order of pizza from this location was not only sub par, but not fresh.
From now on, all of our pizza orders will be fulfilled by a Springfield Papa Johns or Dominos location.
Very disappointed. This Willard location had great service and good pizza when it first opened. Now,...
Read moreDrive up window and full service need to be reevaluated here. Customers should use drive up for fast ordering. Not for menu explanation and suggested ideas, as well as promotional offers. Some of that should be consumers burden and some due to pandemic should be the responsibility of the establishment. Waiting 10 minutes and no order taken from the car ahead of us was unreasonable to say the least. Lost our munchie night business. Went next door to Taco Bell. Had our 30$ worth of all night veg out on food and movies for me and my son. That is no sides or drinks, 1 dessert , and we're out of the parking lot in 4 minutes max. and there was 3 cars ahead of us. Go Taco Bell. Domino's, this...
Read moreHad 2 orders... waited 20 to 30 mins for them and they forgot to put one of the orders in the oven so had to wait another 20 to 30 mins. It was freezing outside and I went through the drive through. The heat was out in my car and I had one of the completed orders in the car with me getting cold while we waited for the other order. Just a little disappointed with speed, accuracy and service. The pizza and bread tasted...
