Arby's — Restaurant in Williamsburg

This was the best Arby’s experience I’ve ever had! After a long day of driving me and some friends just wanted a sweet quickie and decided to pull into this Arby’s. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the kind smiles of each worker. The service was sublime and they accommodated to every request we made, no matter how weird they may have seemed. The workers (the ones working at approximately 8:20pm on 5/29) were so incredibly friendly and got our food out faster than Usain Bolt and an jaguar on a speed boat, even though they had to drop new nuggets! So impressive and made the experience absolutely incomparable. Would 100% go back for the food, service, and atmosphere. That bell deserves to be rung all day everyday, 24/7, nonstop because those workers sure as ain’t stopping their hard work anytime soon. 10/10 service, 10/10 food, 10/10...

I understand that times are stressful because of COVID and back to school. but that gives your employees no excuse to treat their customers with disrespect. we made it clear of what we wanted and instead of giving us meals they charged us separately for drinks and individual sandwiches. when we got to the window and explained that we asked for meals, not separate. the ‘manager’ came to the window and hardly explained what had happened and didn’t even try to fix the mistake. she instead shut the window and rolled her eyes. it’s already unfortunate that there aren’t many food options, but to be treated disrespectfully is...

The person preparing the food did a bussing job now I gotta come back around 130 every time I want some mozzarella sticks cause I just had one and it literally juiced in my mouth so I had to wash down the juices with some delicious pink lemonade fr😩😩. Definitely gotta comeback. Although the guy at the register was j staring at me bc I ordered to pick up in store and my little antisocial being got scared fr☺️☺️.
