Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Williamsburg

FYI - this location is on a college campus so it’s not exactly suitable for those just passing through. I won’t deduct and points for this though.

However, this was probably the only poor Chick-Fil-A experience I’ve ever had, for the following reasons:

They forgot an entire chicken sandwich in the to go order, which I didn’t realize until I was back on the road so I couldn’t turn around and go back. They forgot to provide the drinks, until we received the food and had to ask for them. They seemed to have trouble getting the order right, had to do several takes to make sure everything was complete, and yet they left out a sandwich after all was said and done. Generally unprofessional staff demeanor compared to other locations. Didn’t even get a “my pleasure”.

Not sure if being a campus location would affect the service, but this one was definitely way...

Not a regular Chick-Fil-A!!!!! I was cruising up I-75, and wanted to stop at a Chick-Fil-A and was guided there by GPS, drove around a bunch on small roads, only to find it is on a college campus. No idea where to park, no sign, would my car get towed on campus without a sticker, or what building it was in. Maybe it was in the student center cafeteria? Absolute waste of my time. This particular CfA is inside a college campus which clearly makes it somewhat unique among most CfA’s. Atmosphere is not typical CfA but the food is and is as good as any other CfA. This particular day was a check-in day for new and returning students so the volume of business was extreme. Despite this, the staff held up well and kept pace well with the demand. Good job!
