Pros: professional looking office space. Two call centers located in building, so potential traffic is there. Reasonably well maintained building. Great hub for payday & tax loans. Recently built Liquor Vault has curb appeal. Bounce Barn is a popular family spot. Hair salon & tanning drives a small but steady traffic flow. Some traffic from exercisers walking the loop. Good American fare restaurant is a steady draw.

Cons: Not a retail hotspot by any stretch. Lots of empty space, which isn't covered up so it feels like a ghost town. No seasonal events.

Good place to walk inside or outside. 4x = 1 mile. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Awesome restaurant & hair salon. Lovely fountain! More seating and benches would be nice. Parking lot needs some shade trees or solar panels for shade. The radio volume needs to be turned down lower and the mall gets noisy...
