The Social Terrace — Restaurant in Williamsburg

Nestled comfortably behind the Williamsburg Inn, The Social Terrace opened promptly at 5 and was staffed perfectly with two main bartenders and floating assistance to cater to any pops of customers that arrived. We enjoyed a variety of delicious cocktails and an incredible charcuterie board. The drinks were very unique and thoughtful in preparation and the charcuterie board was the perfect amount of food for two people as a warmup to dinner later on. For being the most gorgeous location in Williamsburg (IMO), the service could not be more disappointing. And sadly, this has been years in the making. We took out-of-town clients yesterday for a drink before dinner. The staff were nice - so this is not a knock on them, but overall, you don’t have the feeling that you’re at a 5-star place. The staff are nice but just don’t shine and excuse client service. And what a shame … we are local and belong to the Golden Horseshoe and the Spa and never go to the Inn for drinks or food because service is just average. I hope one day that it...
