Dunkin' — Restaurant in Williamstown

I tried calling to place a take out order and could not get through so I drove to the store and I went in and I asked if the phone works because I tried to call to place a take out order and I was told that the phone didn't work and I please my order only to find out that they were out of a lot of stuff and I asked to speak to the manager and when I spoke with her she smiled like alcohol and she was very unprofessional and she was laughing and cutting up with her help there was only one lady who was working and I asked her her name and she said Wendy and I said thank you for your help she was very helpful and...

Been here four times. First time…half hour to close, ovens off, only old donuts & old coffee. Second time…waited fifteen minutes for hash browns & egg sandwich. Third time…no one answers the drive thru at ten minutes to close, doors locked. Fourth time (5/6/2023) ten minutes to close, told “ovens off” after I was told no croissants and said ok, avocado toast then.

Why bother driving into the parking lot except to turnaround.

Service was very slow. Second car in front me waited 10 minutes for two coffees and a small bag, which I could only assume was a donut. Car in front of me left before picking up their order. I had to wait for approximately 5 minutes for two frozen coffees, one of which was wrong flavor. While I was waiting for my order,I saw three other cars behind me, leave. Very, very terrible service.
