Ordered online from Subway on my lunchbreak for a 6inch combo with a Gatorade. On the app it said my order would be ready at 12:45. So I pulled into the curbside parking area and checked in. Entered my vehicle information and waited on them to come out with my sandwich. 10 minutes past my scheduled pickup time I decided to go into the store and see what was taking so long because I had ordered 30 minutes before I even go to the location. I walked up to the cashier and asked if he had a curbside order that he was working on because my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. He pointed to the rack with the pick up ordered and says "check there". I told him again that I did not order a pickup order, I ordered curbside. But I glanced over there anyways just to check and I did not see the blue gatorade that I ordered so I said I did not see it over there. He then proceeds to tell me he doesn't have the order. After waiting another couple of minutes with no help I walk over to the pick up orders a start reading the receipts. I find one with my name but a tea instead of a gatorade so I inform him that it was over there with the wrong drink. Then I , being in a rush to get back to work, walk over to the drink cooler to grab the correct drink. While I am grabbing the correct drink MYSELF the cashier has the audacity to ask me to bring the tea back over to him. First of all, this was a CURBSIDE order so I should not have had to come into the store to begin with. Second of all, I shouldn't have to try to piece together my order when It was supposed to be ready for me when I got there. And after all of that the cashier says "I told you it was over there". Read moreJust terrible! My husband, mother in law and daughter arrived around 9:20pm. My daughter had a dance recital so we needed to grab a quick bit on the way home. My daughter was in her costume from the recital and she has another performance the next evening, so we wanted to dine in to help avoid any possible messes from getting on her costume. The customer service was awful. My husband ordered a club but was told that they were out of roast beef, no big deal, he asked if they could put something else on the sandwich instead and was told no, even though on the menu board it states that if they are out of something they can replace it with something else. My husband kindly just ordered another sandwich. As we made our way to pay, the cashier was putting our chips in a bag and we stated that we would be dining in and she said they are about to close, it is now probably 9:30, the hours are stated as 9am-11pm. we asked what time they close and she stated at 10, okay well then we will be dining in as we still have 30 minutes. The cashier insisted we leave and said she would call the cops if we did not. We were not being outrageous at all but we still had 30 min before they "closed" so we walked over to table to sit down and she turned off the dining room lights! Really?? Read moreWorst customer service!!! I had (online) ordered a double meat sandwich, and they didn't make it double and wife sandwich didn't have cheese on it. I called them to tell them and the assistant manager told me she put cheese on the sandwich (she didn't) and asked I I wanted the double meat remade I said yes and we hung up. Right when we hung up I realized I couldn't go at that time so called right back to get credit, and I got no answer; I called again, no answer, called again, no answer, called again, and finally got someone. I asked if I could get the sandwich another day as I could not get there today. They said no, you asked for it to be remade; I said yes, but I tried to call back, and you didn't answer. They said well, you wanted it to remain, so we remade it and were not going to give credit or give another day! I then said I wanted a refund then, and she said they wouldn't because I said you was coming to get it. And again, I tried to call several times; she said well, it's not my fault the last thing you said was to remake it. So because they couldnt be bothered to answering the phones I just get screwed as I can't go back to the store (I expressed this) to pick up something they messed up, and refuse to refund.
