I called his place about my phone, the lady working here quoted me a price on replacing my the screen on my phone. I arrived and the smart mouth guy said he needed some time with the phone and to come back later to get it. I left my g/f's # and asked him to call me when he was done. 1.5 hrs later and no call. So I went back to the store and waited 10 minutes for the guy to talk to me about my phone. He asked he lady to get my phone, she handed it to me and said nothings wrong with the motherboard. I asked him if he replaced the screen like we talked, he said he didn't have one. I told him then why did his wife say yall had one and quote me for a new one installed? What a waste of time, the guy didn't care.

   Read moreFirst, I have a high end HP business tablet that is more of a laptop. It has lasted WAY longer than HP probably ever wanted it to. Second, our latest rescue dog still had enough "puppy" in him to want to chew on my charging cable. So I ordered what I thought was an OEM charging cable. (WARNING: DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING YOU READ ON THE WEB!!!) Turns out that the charging cable that was supposed to be HP OEM with all of the HP markings was a FAKE that didn't have the built-in surge protection!!! So my motherboard got fried at the charging port. When the Phone Hub team (Joel & Jamie) realized it wasn't a tablet, they brought in their best laptop repair guys. They DID NOT require me to pay a diagnostic charge and said if they can't fix it then there is no charge. (No problem, I would have paid the diagnostic fee) They found the repair parts + charging cable and STILL COMMITTED TO A 30 DAY PARTS AND WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY! I'm now a couple of months out and the tablet/laptop is still working fine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Phone Hub team for their straight forward business interaction and GREAT communication...
   Read moreExtremely rude and unprofessional experience. I went to PhoneHub to get my phone screen repaired and was told I had a warranty that lasted a specific number of days. Of course, right near the end of that warranty periodâwith still a week leftâmy screen started blinking and blacking out.
When I went back to have it looked at, the employee claimed the warranty had already expired, which was simply not true. Worse, when I returned again for a separate issue with my lens, I was told they âdonât do warrantiesââcompletely contradicting what I was told during my original visit.
The staff was rude, dismissive, and not at all helpful. The service felt inconsistent and disorganized, and honestly, itâs baffling that a repair shop wouldnât stand behind its work with a basic warranty.
