Signature Cleaners — Local services in Willis

Have been using this specific dry cleaner for over a year now. They have misplaced and separated clothing from the rest of our stuff numerous times, but it was always found so we continued to go back. This most recent time, they destroyed the texture of my dress and completely shrunk the inside liner so that is unwearable as it does not cover my butt. I called and politely told them about this, and was told that they will not do anything because it is “policy”. So when I clarified “you completely ruined my dress but will not do a single thing about?” I was told that yes that is the case. I would have just washed and air dried the dress myself had I known it would get ruined by the dry cleaner. Have absolutely never heard of this happening. We will never be back and strongly discourage anybody from trusting these people with your stuff. It is not surprising at all that they have such...

The service that I just experienced was incredibly ridiculous.

I was quoted last week $30 for a hem to be placed in my daughters dress. That is it! A hem. She went to pick it up today…. After no one called to say it was ready and she was charged $63 to pick it up.

When asked why so much she was informed it was an environment charge. After I called I was informed that it was dry cleaned $10, which I did not ask for. $8 for next day service, which was done in over a week along with other charges they deem fit.

I will absolutely never recommend anyone...

When I picked up my coats, they were covered in cat hair and smelled like they had been passed around at singles convention for the elderly. I took them back and they were sent out for a "reclean." I was told I wasn't the only customer with this complaint. When I picked them up for the second time, they had not been cleaned. They still had the foul odor and were still covered in pet hair. I brought them back inside and the desk lady said she would talk to management but offered no solution. I was told no after I asked for a refund.
