Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Willis

This particular establishment in Willis is the best chicken place in have ever been. My sister did not like it because of low season. My elderly mom and I love it because of that. You can always add spices and salt, but you cannot take it away. The chicken tenders are sooooo good, crispy, hot and "real" chicken. Not compressed. They actually offer spicy now, but my mom and l love the plain. I do not have to worry about swelling with too much salt. They are perfect!!! The dinner rolls are soft and do not need any butter but dipping in the perfect cream gravy is just mouth watering good. The gravy is also perfectly seasoned and awesome for the tenders. I have eaten at the buffet and it is well priced and always fresh. Will keep going every time I am in town. I only every stop here and use the drive-thru to get a dozen rolls to have as a side for our dinner. The rolls are absolutely delicious and if you never tried them, you are missing out. We moved to this town two years ago and the rolls have always been on point and consistent at this location. One time I had to wait a few extra minutes in the drive-thru. When he gave me my rolls he apologized for it taking so long, they were baking a fresh batch. I said "No worries guy, I will never have a problem waiting for fresh rolls." We had a drive thru order I live in new Waverly and we ordered the 12 peice with 3 sides and rolls we only reserved 9 pieces of chicken and the sides for 12 pieces r kinda very small..
