They cannot tell you if ANY of their items are in stock. Wasted a bunch of time selling us out of stock items. We came in wanting to purchase an adjustable bed, which we were needing ASAP due to a medical emergency. We told the salesperson upon arrival that we were only interested in looking at items in stock, as we would have to try stores out of town if they did not have any inventory available for pick up that day. She said she did not have a list of items that were in stock, she could only check per item, so we spent some time checking models and asking each one if they were in stock and finally we found one that would work and she confirmed it was in stock. We spent some more time finding a mattress and checking out, then left and made arrangements for a trailer and moving people (they were several weeks out for a delivery to the house 15 minutes away). An hour later she called and said they did not have the item we paid for in stock, only a model that was $1,000 more. Since it had been difficult to get a straight answer initially, and we were not feeling very confident that they even had this bed,, and due to the urgency of the matter and not wanting to waste more time, we opted for a refund. At best, it was an honest mistake (kind of felt like a clunky upsell, but who knows) but it was a massive waste of our time and resources, wasting further time after the purchase getting a trailer and movers assembled. They kept pushing out the date, until the end of November. Our couch showed up, but the 2 accompanying chairs didn’t come with them, like they said they would. Our couch got delivered the end of November, and the end of December they called us to say the chairs were in. They said they wouldn’t deliver them, because they already delivered the couch, even though we paid for shipping for our whole order. The manager was very rude to my husband when we wanted an explanation to why the chairs would not be delivered. This is why people are switching to online shopping instead of in-store. Read moreI bought a sectional here, a big splurge for me at the time. What I didn’t know is that within a year I would be diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I can’t even tell you how many hours I spent on that couch, through some of the darkest days of my life. I’m five years cancer free now and living in southern Utah. My husband and I have moved the couch in and out of UHauls twice, I haven’t taken good care of it at all, and it’s still in fantastic condition. I’ve slept on it through three bouts of covid too.
