Rice Bomb — Restaurant in Williston

I'm so very disappointed and cannot believe I need to give them a unfavorable review. This is the 2nd time in the past two weeks we've gone to Rice Bomb and it was AWFUL!!! We've been there SEVERAL times before and the food was AMAZING. We literally ordered the same meals again this time and the same thing issues with our food. I even called to speak with the manager, he didn't even listen to a word I said and just kept talking over me.

Wonton soup... All of the wontons were undercooked, came apart and therefore made the soup slimy. Manager's response: we use a new wonton wrapper now so I don't know what happened.

Mongolian Beef... Asked for no onion, substitute green pepper. Got SIX pieces of beef and no green pepper. The Manager even came to the window to confirm before starting to cook this item and they still messed it up.

Ordered Beef Chow Mein gave us Lo Mein, again FIVE pieces of beef and ZERO vegetables. Manager's response: we don't even sell Lo Mein. When I asked why the lady taking our order wouldn't have advised before letting us find out once we came home he said "she doesn't know what food we sell". 🤦🏻‍♀️

Crab Rangoon... ZERO filling either time just plain old fried wonton. Manager's response: "impossible" I personally help make those.

Bottom line, we have raved about this place but after the food we received the past two times and the way the Manager handled these situations has totally changed my opinion. There wasn't even an apology, sadly, we will not...

We have dined at Rice Bomb three times now. While it's not like a panda express, I feel they offer similar food items, and the quality of food is similar. You can pick an entree meal with two sides (so pick to meat options like sweet and sour chicken and general tsao chicken and pair with noodles, fried rice, or steamed rice). My favorite is the Beef Buligogi entree with a side of streamed rice. Other family favorites are chicken lo mein entree, chicken, and broccoli, along with the honey chicken and orange chicken. I also have tried the spicy salmon and spicy tuna rolls, which I enjoyed. The sushi roll was fresh, and it had a good amount of heat to them.

The self-serve order kiosk works well and is easy to use. Food comes to your table pretty quickly . Staff has always been friendly and very helpful. They must also be a popular door dash location because there are always door dasher there waiting for orders!

Rice Bomb is a great option to have in Williston. It's one of our families' favorite places to eat now.

Update: The deep-fried sesame seed balls are amazing!...

Ordered in drive tru to get asked to park and they’d bring it out to us. After asking us 3 times if what they had in their hand was our order. A lady brings me a bag and I ask her if it’s orange chicken we order she practically pushes it at us and says yes. Well it wasn’t we go in and tell them and she blames it on “the new girl” even though she brought it out. By this time we’ve been waiting 40 mins for a drive tru order. They couldn’t find our order, by 50 minutes we finally get our order. We get home and open our food just to find a staple in my sons food. I called to let them know and they just put me on hold for 15+ mins even though I can hear their others phones ringing and them taking orders. I’m sure they figured eventually I’d hang up, rather than take a complaint. Which I wasn’t going to do more so let them know of staple for future orders. God forbid any one swallows it. By far worst service I’ve ever had, everyone inside seemed so disorganized and shifted blame. Can’t say much on food , typical food but I already knew that ordering. Not bad , but not the...
