Arby's used to be choice #2 for me in town for it was always consistent and decent (not the best Arby's but not the worst in the country, either). Today, I had to repeat the order twice at the drive-through, each time it was read back in error. I worked in radio for over a decade and I KNOW I enunciate when I speak, so this isn't rocket science. A $49 order for two corned beef reubens, one large cheese stick order, and three regular roast beef sandwiches, plus a large orange shake. I had to repeat this twice, even after speaking slowly and clearly... I should have checked before I pulled away, I really should have checked. No receipt, no proof and by the time I get home, it's just not worth the extra hassle of going back... I got one cold reuben and four regular roast beef sandwiches, all of which were apparently made with the least possible effort. Cheese sticks ok but I waited so long they were barely warm... Ah, the shake, though, that was good, at least, and they did get that part right, leaving the foo-foo topping off of it. What chaps my a* is that the sandwiches were half-a*ed, at best. There is a distinct reason I cook 99% of my meals at home and now this increased the percentage to 99.5%. If you want to serve food like the worst Arby's in the country while charging so damn much, why not merge with the Arby's in Casper, Wyoming? If you are incapable of hiring individuals that can take an order correctly, then I won't be supporting such a business. ...

Read moreWow! Attitude!! Don’t be rude to your customers! Walked in and were greeted with huff and puff…we are closed! Wait, what? Door was open and customers being served. Drive thru open too! Told the last employee left and forgot to lock the door. We asked her to take our order and she agreed! I am not certain but believe this to be Mallory based on the ticket cashier name. She was apologetic and explained the issue. They locked the doors behind us. We received our food while listening to confusion and insubordination in the kitchen. Employees had to be told repeatedly what to do. Food came out wrong twice…the same wrong way! 3 out of 5 of us were really ill after eating. Same symptoms…stomach, headache and nausea. Really think the staff of employees hate their jobs and their manager or person in charge! Wish we had went to dine...
