I am very disappointed with not only the crew of tonight, their service with my family and I as this was our first time in here since living up in Williston. They were also out of almost everything we tried to order, they were also not worried about stocking anything that needed stocked, nor were they worried about their timing of getting their orders out. I watched a gentleman come in and order, got as far as our side and had noticed that his whole order was not correct and had to come back in twice to have his order fixed. I am so upset with the fact the crew of tonight was more worried about standing around and gossiping then making sure that their customer service was on point. We were also missing parts of our order and had to go back up to ask for things. Read moreSeems like in the past my experience at this KFC have been just average. Not good, not bad just... Average. On my visit for dinner yesterday at the drive through, the lady taking my order was actually a joy to talk to. Seems like most times at drive throughs they are just herding you through like cattle, but she actually treated me like a person. Both my wife and I were very impressed. When we got to the window she apologized and informed us one of our orders would have to be dropped in the fryer still, which would delay us 10 minutes. They had us pay and pull around to the other side of the building to wait, which we were fine with as she was a pleasure to deal with. The guy that brought out our food to us was just as pleasant to deal with as well, thanking us for coming and inviting us back again.

Read moreI've been to this location a few times now since moving here. Some for myself and some doing door dash. Everytime time I go the employees are rude. There is an older lady with blond hair and a younger girl that always works in the window. I've watched them just make people wait forever to be helped. They won't speak to you unless they absolutely have to and when they do its not with respect. I get it. I've managed several quick service concepts. You get busy. You may even be short staffed, however when you actively choose to be rude instead of just quiet cuz your busy that's not ok. Needless to say for now I think I'm done with this location and won't be picking up from there anymore. Some district or higher level leadership need to spend some time in...
