I’ve been to this location many many times. When I would pick it up pre covid the owner was the guy I’d see sometimes. He was super cool and very appreciative. It was nice to do business with them just to talk to some of these people. So on 12/18/20 I order a few pizzas and spoke to John. Seemed pretty cool and nice gave me a recommendation. He said it would take an hour and a half because they are short handed and backed up I said no problem we can wait that long. He said it should be there by 6:45pm (I ordered at 5:16pm) and also said it should be there sooner but he would rather hit it high and end up being early rather the oppositeI also tipped before it was delivered and what I thought was a generous tip thinking I know these people are all great I want to show my appreciation. So at 6:55 I figured I’d call and ask how much longer it would be. I wasn’t upset but wanted an update. They said it’s on its way (I only live 10-15 mins from the location) it should be here in 15-20 mins. So I said ok no problem. So at 7:19pm I called again to see how close they said another 15-20 mins and at this point I’m a little upset and I said it’s been 2 and a half hours it will be almost 3 hours by the time he gets here in. He said yea but we were busy it’s just how it is. I’m like that’s double what you told me. He didn’t apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. Then I get a call at 7:38pm saying it should be here in less than 10 mins. It ended up showing up at 7:53pm. We were all so starving from waiting we just ate it but it was a little cold and looked like it had been sitting for 2 hours. I do like their pizza but unfortunately we won’t be ordering from them again. If they had at least been very apologetic it probably would have been ok. Or they could have done a 10 dollar gift certificate or something. Something showing that they were sorry and it shouldn’t have happened. Instead he made it sound like we’ll it’s my fault...
Read morePlaced an online order and stated delivery time was 22-32 minutes. After almost 40 minutes, their "pizza tracker" showed order as delivered. of course it hadn't been. Called store 15 minutes after it showed delivered and the lady answering the phone stated they had a "computer glitch" but the driver was "on his way". Ok I get it things happen, but 15 minutes later still no delivery. Called back and now the story was he had two deliveries. Funny thing is the store is only four to five blocks from delivery address. At this time I just canceled the order. i asked for the number to their corporate office and of course they wouldn't give it to me and stated their general manager would be coming in shortly and would give me a call back. 10 minutes later driver shows, i told him I cancelled the order he's apologizing stating he got caught by a train, funny thing is there are no train tracks between here and the store. Just another lie from the employees of this store. Sad thing this is not the first time this has happened but i will guarantee it will be the last time I order from this store. Almost 45 minutes later still no returned call. Read moreI’ve had recurring issues with this domino’s my past several orders.. for one, the pizza tracker is usually inaccurate and says your order is ready or delivered when it’s not.. this time my order said it was delivered at least a half hour before it actually arrived.. then when it finally arrived, the delivery driver did not have my two liter and I asked and he said they must not of packed it and probably don’t even have cherry coke because the coolers are usually wiped out on Saturday’s.. which I believe because this has happened my past 4-5 orders at least, they don’t have the pop I ordered and don’t even try to make up for it, not to mention if this is continuously happening, why isn’t the supply being fulfilled to match the demand? It was a stressful day packing up a deceased family member’s house and then had nothing to drink when our meal finally arrived. I understand things happen which is why I never made a fuss the previous times, but the same issues keep occurring.
