I see why you have such terrible reviews now. Service is extremely slow, you all scream at each other ehile there's guests that didn't even do anything wrong, the food takes forever to get to the counter and then it's cold. My daughter and i came in last night close to about 7:30. I was in the NASA White tee and i was with my daughter. I picked my order up 688 for a frappe. No problems. Let the elder lady clean my table and constantly said thank you, I'm just waiting for my to go order. The SECOND my couple hags and the cup carrier was on the counter i checked my ticket, threw away my trash to be polite and help clean my area and i hear "687!! 687!!! Pay stt6and grab your order and lets go already" that came from the same elder woman cleaning the table that i was just nice to, was very respectful to and i was just trying to help toss my stuff and gather up my keys and get my food and go. But apparently that meant i was taking too long. Is it that hard for you to take some kindness into consideration and treat your quest with a little more decency???? Take some lessons from chesterland location. Learn some bedside manners, understand that you may have a autistic child and adult visiting. Not everyone can spring up and be as wuick as you want. But to yell at your customers when the dining room is already pretty much empty is ridiculous 😕 thanks for pretty much the worst visit ever , just to get dinner to feed my family really quick. Read moreI stopped here today, have not been in for awhile because lately I’ve been thinking the food just isn’t worth the price. I was once again proven right. To start , as I was at the kiosk when an employee ( middle aged white woman with black hair and a clipboard, hopefully she’s not a manager) comes charging through saying excuse me excuse me like we are all supposed to jump out of her way in 2 seconds and then loudly says “ I just can’t deal with these people today” and runs off from back into the kitchen. I order my food, sit down and wait at least 20 minutes. An older gentleman comes in and wants to order and they all ignore him and one finally says to order at the kiosk. He made it clear in a polite way he doesn’t understand how to use it. Another customer helped him. He waited and waited for his his food and eventually just left without it even though he paid for it. He was so frustrated it wasn’t worth it. My food finally comes out without the drink. The girl tells me to go the counter and get it. Of course nobody is at the counter so I wait another 5 minutes and see her and ask again. By the time we get my drink, ( which was not the one I ordered) my food was cold, stale, no salt on the fries and honestly, gross. Nothing has changed at this location and your review scores are abysmal for a reason. Read more5 stars for good customer service for the young lady at the counter. The food was fresh and tasty. The new remodeled McDonald's in Willoughby Ohio off of Euclid Avenue is awful 😖. Seats are very uncomfortable. You have to go to the kiosk to place your order. No place on the kiosk to put your coupon code or any where to special order. In example no onions on my hamburger. I still had to put my cash order into the slots connected to the kiosk. Then I had to go to the counter and have nice lady put in my coupon code and put my special order. Not her fault at all. It's whomever at McDonald's thought this was a good idea. NOT!!! This remodel seems cheap and the bathrooms have tiny trash cans and cheap looking liquid soap dispensers. WHY DID MCDONALD'S EVEN BOTHER TO HAVE DINING ROOM SERVICE AT THIS STORE. ILL NEVER GET DINING ROOM SERVICE AT THIS MCDONALD'S EVER AGAIN. FOR SHAME!!!
