Rose's Grill — Restaurant in Willoughby

First off calling your customer a greasy pasta eater isn't exactly a good introduction. Especially by the owner!!! I almost walked out but my brother wanted to eat there anyway. So I ordered my food expecting them to at least respect that I had allergies but no. They were impatient and used the same ingredients I Can't have despite being told not to. I ended up in the hospital and came back to give them a peice of my mind only to be kicked out. As I was leaving I saw a very handsome man yelling about not eating there. Let's start with the food, it's absolutely terrible. There was hair in my cake, not to meantion it looked moldy. The service is absolutely terrible. They made me feel absolutely awful for wanting something else after there was hair in my food and the restroom floor had pee all over it.
