The worst service ever. The manager who's name is Michael. Was at the register taking care of someone, when my daughter and I walked in early. 9:30ish, we looked to see if there were any egg soflets, out. None, by that time Michael walked away from the register, and the woman he just got done taking her order. We stood at the register completely ignored. As he stood next to another employee I asked if there were any more soflets coming out, again completely ignored us, as the employe told us it would be another 9 min. Never walking back to see if he could take our order. So off to that dam kiosk we went. We had been working that morning so not looking our best. But if your cute skinny, maybe look like you have money. He's Mickey on the spot. Brought this to his attention, and was told he was sorry. Told him his apology wasn't worth much. And he told me that was right wasn't going to get me anything free. I wasn't looking for free food. Just to be treated like he treats everyone else. I think Michael needs to take some classes on how to treat people. All people. We weren't smelly, unclean, our hair probably didn't look the best. So in my opinion if your not dressed right, super cute, STAY OUT OF THIS PANNERA. OR AT LEAST DONT GO WHEN MICHAEL IS WORKING. Very dissatisfied dissapointed. And will tell all my friends in willowbrook and surrounding areas how he made us feel. And all his apologies don't take away how unworthy he made us...

Panera Is The Worst Company To Work For. I Worked For Them For Over A Year. I Was Used And When I Wasnt Needed Anymore, My Hours Were Cut, I Was Picked On By The BTS (Helper) Katelyn. I Was Hired As A BTS But I Was Told, I Needed To Learn The Bake Before I Could Move Into The Position. . (MIND YOU, I WAS WORKING 6 DAYS & 10 HOUR DAYS) And no bad things were said about my bakes, but When The Helper Got Promoted, All Of A Sudden I was an issue And Then the Lady Katelyn(Yes Both there Names Are Katelyn) She Was In Charge Of The Bakers. She Had Her Favorites, And She Was Also a little To Flirty With The Male employees. When I called her out on being picked on and the way she was with some employees.I got a write up for being late one day because my car wouldnt start. There was a lot of internal issues and it effected employees not just me as one of there employees. Some Employees that wanted to do a good job and move up within the company were pushed aside for lazy employees that did nothing except standing on there phones all day. I would not recommend This Store Or Any Of There Other Stores In The Area. They need Cooperate to come in and clean house. And Have Better Upper Mangement. We love Panera Bread, but this location is just terrible. We placed a $70+ online order for pick up, and spent another $20 on bakery items when we arrived. We took our food to my Brother's home for dinner, only to find that they had left off significant portions of our order. Two of our three kids had no food whatsoever, and they failed to include almost all of our side dishes. The kids had been so excited - it was a genuine disappointment for them. Their special night was derailed. I called Panera, and the Manager, Richard, was extremely rude. He offered to mail me a coupon for less than the value of the food that they failed to provide, and refused to provide a refund for the missing items. It was shocking how poor his customer service was - as though my call was an inconvenience for him. I decided he can keep the $20 in food he shorted us. It's our last visit. At least until they get new management. If you do decide to get take out from here, double check your order before you leave. You cannot trust them to get it right, and the Manager...
