Ordered two subs today and both were made incorrectly. Reached out to subway and was told over an hour later “just bring them back and we will replace them.” Literally waiting an hour for a response to be told that the solution was for us to come back in and give them the food back and they can make it again. OR the person making the subs could actually read the ticket which clearly showed the exact order that we requested. They swapped the bread and forget toppings. Mind you both had the exact toppings the came on the subs originally. It is just a lack of caring and a lack of accountability on subways behalf. Hell credit one sub or something.
