I’m not one to leave bad reviews if I’m not happy with a company but this store deserves a negative review.

Back in October 2024 I went to this store which I’ve since found out is a franchise store and not corporate owned. I went because I had a promotional email saying get the iPhone 16 pro on us. Frankie verified this was true and upgraded my phones and updated us to a new plan that was going to save us money. That was a lie because they gave us less than the $1100 for my phone credit any my monthly bill went up over $100.

I went back to the store again and Frankie wasn’t there and the other employee tried to shove me out of the store and didn’t want to handle the problem. I told him I wasn’t leaving until everything was sorted out and after sitting there for over an hour he told me everything was sorted. Fantastic.

It is now January and I just got an email that my promotional credit has been canceled and my bill is going up an additional $1000 a month from what I was originally paying. So not only did this other employee not fix my promotional credit he removed it entirely because he didn’t want to deal with me.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to the franchise because they will scam you. Go to a corporate owned...

I purchased a new Iphone and accessories back in December at this store. I really really disliked my salesman. He was not truthful with me about a number of things. First, He sold me an accessory package that includes a screen protector, Casemate case, and he told me was a stand up charger. I get home, and it's a wireless charger, which I already have a good one from Microcenter. Also, this accessory package was supposed to be 3-4 payments. I took the wireless charger back to the store, and the manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and I got the type of charger the salesman said it was. Well, here I am 5 months later, and I'm still hving a $22/per month debit coming out of my account every month....so I look up my terms, and he LEASED me those three items, that I could've bought for $75! First purchase at this store of a new phone and accessories. Brandon was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process as we needed to transfer a business line to a personal phone that I was purchasing. There was some complexity around the transfer and transaction but Brandon knew exactly what needed to be done and in what order to make it happen. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive phone than I wanted, or accessories that I didn’t need. Brandon also found a trade-in discount I would be eligible for.

It’s been two weeks and I’m very happy with the purchase. Frank was also in the store that day - I watched both of them interact with a half dozen customers while I was there.
