Slow service...unorganized... unprofessional. They have numbers on the tickets but instead of calling out the numbers when your order is complete they just sit it at the pick up counter. I waited for close to 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. One breakfast sandwich was in a bag with the wrong ticket number on it and the other breakfast sandwich was in a box with no ticket number on it at all. So, I'm usually working in the wee hours of the morning and usually get here as soon as it opens. Now I'd expect slow service or a little wait for my food to be done but boy was I mistaken. Iced coffee made with almond or coconut milk, 5 liquid sugar, 4 caramel and 4 coconut with a stuffed chicken,bacon and cheese croissant usually takes around 7 mins during the day but in the morning I got it in like 5 mins.
