Faith restored!!! After swearing never to return I thought I would give it another try and very happy I did. I ordered the Eggs Benedict again and our Waitress, Trish remembered me and said, "you like your Muffins well done right?" I must confess being remembered after so long was a tad uncomfortable and I thought "oops maybe I was a little too vocal and critical last time I was here! But Trish was charming and allayed any concerns in that area. She was very attentive made sure my meal came out exactly as we had requested, Muffins well toasted!. I have been back twice since and hoped that I would again be served by Trish, sadly not but received great service from my servers and the food was perfect. This restaurant has an holistic approach to serving insofar that your main server may not be the one that brings your food or ensures you are well served with Water, coffee or whatever. I believe tips are shared but regardless this results in a high level of attention to the customer. Though not our prime server today I was happy that Trish was on hand to keep my coffee cup full. Shame on me but I did not get my prime servers name today but I would be remiss in not also giving kudos to her for great service. Thank you for restoring my faith. Oh, I forgot to mention the Breakfast potatoes are to die for!

Original posting: The good, excellent friendly and attentive waitstaff. The bad: the kitchen does not respond to customer requests/desires. I love Eggs Benedict and this is what I typically order and they do a good job getting the eggs right. However, I hate soggy muffins and specifically ask that my English muffins be well toasted (just about black) and on only one occasion out of many they actually got it right! I have had to return many due to the underdone muffins and even after returning them they still seem reluctant to toast them as requested. Today I made the same order plus a side order of Hollandaise sauce. Specifically mentioned I want the Muffins very well toasted, they arrived almost pure white! I returned them and then at best got medium toasted and the side order of sauce was stone cold and the potatoes barely warm. When I informed the waiter that the sauce was cold I got the most ridiculous response that they could warm it up but that could cause the eggs to cook up. When the English Muffins are well toasted and crispy the Eggs Benedict are excellent but I have had enough of not being given what has been requested and ending up frustrated and disappointed. Sorry to say this will be the last...

I give this restaurant 5 stars hands down! We called ahead to try and make reservations but they politely let us know that they do not take reservations. We explained that we wanted to call ahead since we would be coming from a memorial service and had a large party of 17. They were very kind and said they would be sure to accommodate us and to let them know when we would be arriving. When we checked in it was very busy! We were worried we wouldn’t get to be seated and may have to go elsewhere. They checked us in and within 20 min had a table ready for all 17 of us. Mind you, we forgot to mention we had a wheelchair that would need accommodations because we didn’t realize they had upstairs seating too. Of course our table they readied was upstairs. We apologized and they were able to seat some others at those tables and within another 15 min had another table ready for us - no irritation or frustration about our lack of information.

Our waiter John was the best waiter I have EVER had! He was pleasant, always smiling and very helpful. With a table as large as ours to handle alone, and another table beside us, it would have been easy to get frustrated. He never once appeared to be! He took our orders and got them in quickly, offered suggestions about some of the menu favorites, and made sure the kids had kiddie menus. Our food came out (food for 17!), within about 15 min. It was all hot and not a detail was missed about things to add or omit from any of the plates ordered! John was on top of our refills for drinks and coffee, still found time to joke with us, and still NEVER seemed even the slightest stressed with all of our needs, (while still taking care of the other table(s) he had to cover.

We were all truly impressed by this young man, the food served and all the staff we came across! After coming from such an emotional event, it was such a delight and a breath of fresh air! The crab cakes Benedict were amazing! The poached eggs and shredded home style potatoes were to perfection! Everyone at the table raved about how perfectly cooked everything was! We will be back for much more happy occasions, as we have now found our new favorite breakfast place! Our family from NY, Raleigh, Greensboro and California have also made it Known that this place will always be worked into any of their...

Excellent service, mediocre food.

My fiftht visit was on 5-2-25 and it will be my last visit. My wife and I have visited this location five times since my first rating. My reason for changing my food rating is presentain with the food being served luke warm at best or undercooked. I won't go into detail about the undercooked meal as it was comped and we were given a gift certificate for anouther visit. On an average visit I spend $50.00 to $70.00 for three people.

Today my wife ordered a pancake and egg and bacon dish. She was happy with dish. My daughter ordered Avocado Benedict with a side of breakfast potatoes. She enjoyed the Egg dish but the potatoes were served luke warm and greasy. I ordered a chicken burrito which it self was okey. The burrito was served cut into two with one side being damp and hard to eat, the other side was dry and easy to eeat, my side of breakfast potatoes was served cool to cold.

My daughter complaind about the potatoes and we were served a secoud dish of potatoes which were hot but still greasy.

This resturant very inconsistent in the meals that are served. I've been served great item and poor items. The servers all care, what is wrong in the kitchen?

I've been here in busy times and off peak times. Today at 11:30 AM was not a busy time as service staff was standing around waiting for customers. This tell me there is a kitchen staff problem or that orders are sitting for a time before being served to the guest or it could be the fact the three different orders for the same tabel can't be prepared to arrive at the table in a...

The food was fantastic and the service was equally as great. If you're a Bellini type of person, it's one of the better ones I have had. I highly recommend the peach. My poached eggs were cooked perfectly, which seems to be a hard concept for some places. So, let's delve into the 3 star rating... I have driven by this place for a long time and never stopped bc there's always a line of cars to get in. I'm not keen on waiting. especially for breakfast when I'm hungry. So, we pull up, a young kid tells us the lot is full but they have valet parking. Great, even better! Door to door service, I like it. So out we go, seemed to be a crowd or two waiting outside. I'm thinking, great we just had valet take the car, so I really am stuck waiting. Nope! We were seated immediately, but I think because we were only a party of two. So, back to the valet parking... I was in shock to see my SUV come rolling up at some sort of speed and carelessness that only a race car driver should attempt. Now, my car gets put in reverse for some odd reason and backed up in the driveway where I was standing. When the car backed up, you could hear the tire hit the curb, and wait...it was on the curb and he left it there. I will not return unless I can park my own car. I am not sure when that is, because, like I said earlier there was always a line to get in, and it was noticeable valet was always being used. Kind of disappointed because I did enjoy everything else, but I like my car better than food.

Our first impression was so good that we decided to have breakfast here both days of our stay in this area. Our first experience, Julia provided excellent service and the food was amazing. I entered with my son in the baby stroller, hostess told me that my group was seated upstairs. A very nice person (customer waiting to be seated) heard the conversation and asked me if I needed help taking the stroller upstairs. I said, no thank you, I will get one of my brothers to help me with the stroller. Our table for 15 people was ready immediately and we were seated immediately. Julia answered any all questions, provided recommendations and gave us everything we requested. Highly recommend Julia and this restaurant! Mocktails, fresh squeezed orange juice, Avocado omelette, French toast and all food we ordered were amazing! Parking is limited. Park along the fence on the road near the restaurant.
