Generations Pizzeria — Restaurant in Wilmington

Love the food when it is made and delivered correctly. That said, my wife and I loved to order during our date night from Generations. Of the last 7 orders, only one order has been correct. It started out as calling our order in for delivery and the young ladies not paying attention to the orders after asking them to repeat the orders back to me and then still gets messed up. then we thought, lets use their website to order so that our orders are correct... WRONG AGAIN! Now one time I did get ahold of Kerry Steed and it appeared he tried to make it right. However subsequent orders have been wrong as well.

We no longer will order from Generations, no matter how much we love their pizza and subs now. This is sad! :( Kerry cannot seem to get great help, nor does it seem like he has taken great interest in correcting his issues. We have heard similar stories lately. I really hope the place gets better!

Pizza taste good most of the time but it definitely isn't consistent. Also have ordered and paid for "16 pizzas on line 3 different times and received 14" pizzas instead and no one brought it to my attention until I figured it out myself after I had already brought it home without a refund in the difference in price. I had to take it back and bring it to their attention and their response was always "We were out of the "16 crusts". Ok, that's fine but what about refunding the difference between the two pizza prices or offering an additional small pizza to make up the difference?! If this has happened to me 3 times I wonder how many others they have done this to?! Their pizza is too expensive for them to screw their customers over like this. Sad because I like their pizza. I have been to this restaurant many times but recently had one of the worst experiences here. Our waitress was rude and didn’t seem to want to be there at all. I personally am a waitress and understand that waiting tables is hectic and tiring at times but she had a scowl on her face the whole time. Our pizza was extremely greasy and I couldn’t stomach it. We also placed a to go order that we wanted ready when we were about to leave. She forgot to place our order and then we had to wait another twenty five minutes for it. Also, we witnessed another family come in and sit down and no one greeted them for a while. They ended up getting up and leaving because no one had greeted them. Also, keep in mind there was maybe only four other tables at the time so they were not very busy. All in all, my family and I were disappointed and probably will...
