Absolutely horrible!!!! I had to go to the DIP PROGRAM, when I walked into the front lobby it smelled like CAT URINE!!! I proceeded to walk upstairs looking at the filthy green carpet and got checked in. I sat in the conference room for 7 hours in the same chair and got bit up by BED BUGS!!! Then we were sent to our room around 9- 9:30 paid for a shared room expecting one person to share with I was paired with 2 other ladies in a room that only had 2 beds, and a roll out bed. I’m not stupid so the first thing I do is I Stripped the bed and searched... I pulled the sheets back before bringing my bags in and the bed had bed bug blood smashed in the crevice of the mattress, we were taken from the room before I could get pictures of the mattress but was told that it’s not that big of a deal it’s not a crisis.... mind you we paid $300 a piece to do the program!!! We had to go back to the conference room and wait for another room and I checked the beds again this time there were no stains but you could see little legs and shell coverings from bed bugs in the crevice of the mattress. I’m not complaining because I have to do the program But i expect to be in a clean facility and not bit by bed bugs while I have to stay. I had booked the place on my phone. We (my husband and I) got there about 11:30 pm. She handed me the paper work to fill in info on car and phone #. I noticed that the address for me was a made up one. Should have raised a big red flag there. She told us our room was around back. Went back and there are 3 young adults standing outside of a room and 2 people upstairs outside. It is dark and made me kinda of nervous. We pulled into a spot and our room was next to the 3 people standing outside. We opened the door and the placed reaked with cigarette smole. It was really bad. Place was filthy. Told me husband to call and see if there was some other room we could get. The phone did not have the cord that went to the outlet. Did not feel safe there at all. We slept in our clothes and not even under the sheets. Saw some bugs. Didn't even want to shower. Not sure if towels were really clean. It was just nasty. Would have loved to take the manager to show him/her the room and ask them if they would stay there. We live 3 hrs from there. For as late as it was we didn't want to venture out and not be able to find anything within a close range. Told the person at the front desk when we checked out how bad it was and said it looked like a crack house back there. We didn't eat there. If the room is that bad I can only image the kitchen. This hotel was terrible. There was mold growing in the bathroom on the ceiling and on the walls. The shower head had mold and rust growing on it. The buttons on the air conditioner didnt work, so when it was too cold you had to get on the sticky gross floor and unplug it. They also gave me a extremely hard time about my service dog. To the point of them taking a COPY OF MY SERVICE DOG LETTER from MY DR. Which Im sure violated HIPA laws. Would they have asked me for a letter if I had a wheelchair? Or crutches ? Service dogs are medical equipment. I informed them when I booked my room in April that I was bringing a service dog so this wasn't a surprise. Also the over hang/roof from the second floor/balcony above which is concrete was falling all over you and your car during your stay. I had to park my rental car in the back of the parking lot because I was afraid of it getting damaged. The attendant at the front desk kept saying that she was new so she had no idea how to handle any complaints. There were many events going on this weekend in this city so there weren't rooms available at other hotels. This was our first time to Ohio and it ended up being very stressful. I have pics and videos for proof but of course they have disabled the ability to leave reviews on fb . 0/10 wouldn't recommend...
