Happy Wok — Restaurant in Wilmington

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My girlfriend & I enjoy ordering takeout from here but we've had too many messed up orders to make eating here feasible. If they owned up to and/or fixed their mistakes I'd understand But They Dont. We ordered steamed dumplings, lo Mein, egg rolls, hot & sour soup and sweet & sour chicken tonight. I ordered 2 extra brown sauce , like they serve with the steamed dumplings, to flavor our loMein with. They gave me those 2 brown sauce but sent none for our dumplings. We ordered a Quart of sweet & sour chicken but they didn't bother to send the sweet & sour sauce! When I called them at 9:50pm, immediately after we got home & opened our food, no one would answer the phone. She would pick up the phone then just set it down on the counter rather than answering me. They close at 10pm but couldn't bother to answer it at 9:50pm. As I was calling them Patti was going back out there to get our sauce. When she got there the lady wouldn't answer the door, even tho she had to know that Patti just picked up food & obviously there must've been an issue with it. (That lady was the only person working). I'll be going back tomorrow to see how they intend to resolve this tho I expect they'll do nothing. (From past experience). Our order tonight cost $37 & we didn't get sauce for our dumplings nor the sauce for our sweet & sour chicken! I'll not spend another dime at...

i placed an order via telephone for 3 chicken amazing meals, H7 or H8 x3, and some egg rolls as well 6 egg rolls all together, the bill was around $40, the egg rolls tasted fine to me and my family.... but as far as the chicken amazing went, it didn't taste like the same chicken amazing that i have been getting for years. i have been coming to Happy Wok for the same dish for almost 30 years now.... and the chicken amazing that my family and i got tonight was not even close to the original chicken amazing that i have been getting for all most 30 years... i hope you guys fix this problem with your chicken amazing. if you changed the chicken amazing to a new version of the dish. i would really recommend that you change the chicken amazing dish back to its original dish. the chicken amazing i had tonight was totally different from the original chicken dish. my family and i are all very disappointed, as we were looking towards the original version of the chicken amazing dish that i normally get from Happy Wok. PLEASE CHANGE THE CHICKEN AMAZING BACK TO IT'S ORIGINAL VERSION OF THE CHICKEN AMAZING DISH. Thank you...

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience here. So first when I go to pick up my food the guy was extremely rude and didn’t say thank you or anything he put my change on the counter and walked away. Then when I get back to my house I noticed I got the wrong order so I called back and after a few minutes of being transferred from person to person I finally talked to someone who said they would deliver the correct order to me. When they finally arrived they asked for the food back! I told them that part of it had already been eaten and he replied that he needed to to give to the other costumer! GROSS! Then he told me I needed to pay an additional $20 for the other food if I wanted it. So I told him forget about it. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again knowing they feel comfortable giving someone food that has already left...
