Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wilmington

Update a year later; food still sucks. But my neice got this water here and I'm wondering why its this color. Maybe some syrup from the mountain dew slipped in and changed the color? Highly doubt it because this place is literally the worst restaurant in town. Wish it would get new owners. I could open a taco bell next door and itd steal all the business.

Some of the food like burritos are alright, but seriously learn to make a quesadilla. The chicken is almost always dry and rubbery or old, theres never any sauce and when you PAY for extra sauce they still put a small amount on it.

They mess up half our orders. So for ex dont try to say one item with cheese and another without sauce because you will literally get the exact opposite. This has happened about 8 times.

Everytime we decide to give it another chance and go here they still can't cook quesadillas. So last time was the last straw.

Go to the Taco Bell in lebanon or Hillsboro, if were craving it we will drive that far and we live a few minutes from this one but it sucks so bad its worth the drive to the other ones.

Its a shame because we use to eat here atleast 3 times a week but the past year or two it went downhill so now...

At 11:30pm on 06-04-19, I had placed an order for two chicken chalupas , two beef chalupas, one large Pepsi and one order of nachos with cheese sauce...... after returning home with the food, my girlfriend said her two chalupas were chicken, so I checked the other two and all four chalupas were chicken, not a single one with any beef at all. At 12:03 on 06-05-19 I attempted calling the store to inform of the inaccuracy of the order, the phone rang and rang with no answer, tried calling again at 12:06, same thing.

This is the fourth time my order has been incorrect at the Wilmington,OH location and you would think after the first three times I would have stopped going to this location since their evening employees are incapable of making a correct order.

The worst customer service and management I have seen, and having given McDonald’s in Blanchester,OH a 3 star review, this is really saying something.

For anyone who enjoys tacos, burritos, quesadillas etc, try the restaurant across from Arby’s in Wilmington,OH, it’s not only better food for almost the same price but they have yet to give me anything less than accurate orders and...

This taco bell is going downhill it used to be much better but just ordered there for the first time in a while since it kept getting worse and it still isn’t doing good. Anytime you specifically ask for sauce or certain items changed such as something taken off the item you only have it right about 30% of the time. They had no sauce and skimped very badly on the meat about half of the meat that I used to get on their items. Also a good tip if you have allergies and ask them to remove items check it at the window before you pull away so that they fix it quick because I have warned them about allergies to certain toppings that we wanted off and only get it taken off about half the time which is scary considering some people have extreme allergic reactions. The good thing is that I always check my food since a couple years ago this taco bell had a nail in someones food and I haven’t had one in mine yet so they are doing what they are supposed to in that regard now lol.
