The staff has changed. It's ok but no where meat as good as when Jonathan worked here. They want to charge extra for EVERYTHING! But if I tell them no onions, or lettuce or whatever they don't take any amount off the bill. It's not just here, it's everywhere. The mushroom sits burger hastily has anything on it. Since they want to be stingy with it..... that's fine... that's their prerogative. I'll start making my own mushroom series at home. Not only will it cost less but it will taste better. I've quit eating out for the most part because of these reasons. I just really wanted a mushroom Swiss burger. I was not aware they stopped putting the amount on that they used to. April 7th, 2023 Customer service even worse. I'd give -10 stars if I could. Terrell was the manager on duty. I showed him the issue I was having with the app seeing if he could help me or get me a customer service phone number and he did not offer anything. He basically just turned around and kept making orders for the dirve through when there was already somebody working the drive-through.
Hardee's on 17th street is way better! The manager at 17th street handled my issue and the customer service was phenominal!I give them+10 stars 🌟
I've been to this hardee's a few times. Customer service is ok but not an outstanding experience. I've had outstanding customer service from other fast food places.
I decided to go to this hardee's today and tried to call to offer my food as I only get 30 minutes for lunch..... No answer. I get here and go inside and a guy in front of me had a large prefer. I wait because somehow the mischarged him. Send like they could've opened another register. Since they did not open another register I ended up being behind the sky and when I got to the counter the manager walked away and gave it over to somebody else and I asked if I was going to have to wait behind the 12 burgers that they had to make for that guy. I was told yes. My frustration is....not only did they not open another register but then the manager did not even acknowledge any of us in line while she was fixing this other customers order or tell somebody to get on another register and take our orders. So I only get 30 minutes on my break I spent about 15 minutes in there waiting and only to be told that I was going to have to wait behind the other guy.. I left and...

I asked for help with the kids menu because I didn’t see it on the board, she rolled her eyes and pointed at it in which I still didn’t see it. We were eating there and they just packed all our food in bags and put on counter and didn’t even talk to me to tell me it was my food, I had to check bags to make sure it was mine.
