Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Wilmington

I stopped by Jimmy Johns on 17th street on a Saturday afternoon and was so shocked at how inviting the employees were and how clean the store looked. You would think on a busy Saturday, the store may be a little dirty, but the store looked as though they had just opened. The employees there all welcomed me when I walked in. I ordered my sandwich and it was made right in front of me faster than any other sandwich shop I have been to. The manager that was there at the time, I think his name was Chris, made an extra effort to make sure I received everything I asked for with great service before I left. I assured him that I did and would definitely be coming back again. I won’t eat at any other sandwich shop and would suggest going to the Jimmy Johns on 17th street over any other store. Ok my first time at a jimmy John's, I would never I mean never eat at any of the fast food sandwiches places! Just have my own perception of this food segment. However stopped at the jimmy John's 17st wilmington, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised!! The service was spot on, the store was immaculate and my sandwich was very fresh. I had the number 9 I guess their version of an Italian combo! Here is the kicker my sandwich was ready in 31 seconds really how is that possible? I wasn't the only customer. I got the #1 in the little John size with no cheese for $4.99. The main problem is that there were only two sad little thin slices of ham on the sandwich. Another one is that the lady at the window handed me a receipt and asked me to fill it out. It was for tips. Like at a normal dine in restaurant with servers, except at a DRIVE-THRU! lastly, not anything big but I've noticed that just about every restaurant will charge extra for adding cheese, but none give you a discount for having it removed.
