Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wilmington

I went through the drive thru and was ordering my food. I specified that I wanted grilled chicken on my taco not shredded chicken. The girl who was taking my order replies “chicken is chicken it comes from the same bird”. I was not ugly to her just wanted to specify because sometimes they will put shredded chicken if I don’t specify. Either way, I should of been respected as a customer. Then I pulled off because at this point you couldn’t of paid me to eat from that restaurant. As I was pulling off she yells out the window (while she is giving someone else their food at the window) “don’t come back”. She doesn’t need a job PERIOD. Also, while I was ordering I could hear other girls giggling and yelling in the background. It sounded like there was a house party going on. I couldn’t believe the horrible experience. If I knew her name I would personally make sure she gets consequences. For lack of better words they were GHETTO ACTING, as if they had no sense. I would assume that people who have jobs in this world care enough about their image to act accordingly at THEIR JOB, unfortunately I am wrong!!!!!! The rudest service from the woman behind the counter tonight. Entire staff looked dead. No one in the front to help with gift card purchase. I had to ask someone in kitchen. I ordered 4 a bean burritos from the value menu. All identical. All with no dairy. When I got my order, each burrito was made differently. Two of them had the cheese I requested to be left off. One of them had the nacho or Chipotle sauce I requested off and one of them had Fritos in them. When I asked to have them remade the woman was so rude and got attitude with me because I asked her to remake them. Because she had the attitude I didn't want them to make it for fear of them spitting in my food or something. Nobody was wearing gloves. Nobody was wearing masks. Nobody said hello. Nobody said thank you. The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen at a Taco Bell and I've been too many. No where are Cheetos an option on this and she fronted on me for calling her out. This business loses alot of orders and customers due to the fact they don't offer the online exclusive orders. The app will only let me order from this location for delivery and has lost my business with taco bell entirely. I now go to another fast food that doesn't hold back the offers online with the best deals. I do not recommend using this location anymore. The offers are horrible and never give back to the customer what the customer gives to them, loyalty. Choose a fast food that is priced like fast food with offers that are fast food. This one is not it, the chips are gross, I want the potatoes with cheese and sour cream. I do not want chips or cinnamon twists.
