Went through the drive through at this location. The employees Definitely weren't as mannered and pleasant as clean juice employees.we waited at the window for 7 minutes without being addressed by anyone or payment taken. When she finally took our payment I asked her if it was customary to wait so long to come to the window and she said yes when it’s busy. Mind you there was no cars behind me and the parking lot was empty so? I got two smoothies with added peanut butter, both of them were not blended enough which I’m not surprised that is the reason I switched to clean juice anyways. And one didn’t have the peanut butter at all. When I took the smoothie back in to be remade there was no one in the store yet 3 people working. told them my smoothie had no peanut butter in it and the girl had the audacity to pull up my order and tell me that there was peanut butter in the smoothie (even though they have a satisfaction guaranteed policy and I paid for the peanut butter I didn’t get? I told her well obviously it’s not because I can’t taste it and she finally agreed to remake it. They ended up having to remake it twice. Today on my daily visit to Smoothie King after my workout. I was quickly greeted and asked if I had a mask. I replied NO, because the straps have broke on all of them. I was told that I needed a mask and to go get one! With no other solution offered to proceed with my order, I left and will NEVER return! I spend about $60-80 a month on these smoothies. So I'll be taking my business else where due to the actions of one young lady! I don't get it you don't have to wear one in the drive thru and I'm closer there to the employee than I am inside.
