If I could leave a zero stars I would. Were to start, we live 30 minutes one way from here. Last time we went our food was all UNDERCOOKED. And not meat in our meal, we called and started off is we don’t want money back just want to call and let them know. They thanked us for letting them know and they take care of it. Fast forward today, we said we’ll give it another try BAD DECISION. We get home ready to enjoy our cheat day and can’t eat anything we order minus one thing. Again we live 30 minutes away, only thing we can eat was the beef lo mein that only had 2 pieces of meet in the entire thing. Sweet and sour chicken for our daughter was so over cooked the meet was rubber. Her chicken fried rice was way undercooked that you heard the crunch as if she was trying to eat uncooked raw rice. Crab Rangoons were also so over cooked the stuffing was hard and not creamy. After just spending $44 on food we can’t eat minus one thing. So we called they explained our issue and they said we needed to drive back to have it remade, we both work early and have a daughter who’s in bed by 7:30, not going to happen a hour and half drive for food. Told him I’d be willing to send videos and pictures because I have to now cook dinner for my daughter so she can go to bed. He said no that he can give a $10 credit for $44 of food we can’t eat minus $10 worth of food that has no meat. Pictures so the two pieces of meat it came with and them to the side while I’m moving the food around to show NO MEAT. Over cooked sweet and sour if you can’t tell the meat is WAY OVER COOKED to where you drop it on the counter it just breaks to pieces.

I’m not the one to complain but this is now our second time and have heard others complain as well. And the first we had a problem we did want money back but to tell them to help fix the problem but here we are today with the same problem.

I will never eat here again. I recommend driving to Minooka by jewel to get your Chinese cheaper, bigger bigger portions and never have had a problem from there. Do not get your...

Okay so I have literally been coming here for as long as I can remember and I've always loved the food and the employees. Recently I went back and it was nothing like what it used to be. First there was a sign stating that they were understaffed, after how we were treated, I can see why. Then we noticed the prices have gone up and yet the food quality has gone down (there was hardly any meat at all in my mothers lo mein). My aunt asked if she could make a substitution for rice instead of noodles and the waiter informed her that it would be an $8 up charge so she said forget it. Then my mother asked for a small meal to carry out which the waiter rudely replied "no small! only large". My mother asked if there had recently been a change in policy or ownership and he responded by yelling at her belligerently that there has been no change and everything is the same. They have a young child, maybe 5 or 6 that paces the floor and stares at you, it's quite uncomfortable. And twice a woman who doesn't appear to know any English came to refill our drinks and filled it up with the wrong beverage, talk about an unpleasant surprise. We will never go back after this experience, not that I expect they'll be open very long at this rate. We miss the old owners, these new...

Okay so let's get this straight, this is the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to and I have been to many. To start out, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the restaurant is not large but not tiny either. Nothing about this restaurant is loud. However, probably my one and only complaint is that the feel of the restaurant is not completely Chinese, this is based off of them playing all kinds of music in the background, some if it is Chinese but the rest is more modern music that you here on the radio. But overall this did not bother me one bit. All the servers and waitresses were very polite and understood English. The place was very clean and comfortable. Now, getting to the food, the Boston Bay Roll is amazing! Each time I have gone there I have ordered the Boston Bay Roll as an appetizer and have not been disappointed. Of the main dishes, there has not been one dish that has been a disappointment. The presentation of the dishes was also very well done. The chefs obviously take pride in the food they serve and rightfully so. This restaurant does everything right in my book. If you do choose to go here, I promise you will not be...

This is THE place to go. My fiancé and I come here religiously, they know our order and are the nicest people. If you like shrimp tempura try the monster roll you will love it, it is absolutely fantastic! The crab Rangoon and egg rolls are absolutely phenomenal. We have never had a bad experience here! Here are 2 of the times we’ve gone and gotten some different things. Everything tasted amazing definitely come here if you are craving some sushi. •monster roll •volcano roll •perfect roll •golden spider roll

New China has a classy interior and still reasonably priced menu. The crab rangoons we're outstanding and the tangy sauce they give you with it really steals the show. We got 4 types of sushi: the Sex Kimberly, sweet potato rolls, Philly rolls, and spicy tuna. All really tasty but very large and sometimes difficult to chew, however the person I was dining with didn't have any problems. We also got the hot sake, if you've never tried sake, try it hot rather than cold. All together this only cost like $40 👍
