North Island Park — Attraction in Wilmington

Nice natural River Park with Kankakee river flow along side it. There is a Dam here which you must stay away from. Because of ignorant peploe who don't think they have responsibility for their own safety, you no longer can stick your feet in the river. Very old oak trees and a couple pounds help round it out.
