Went to this establishment on 7/24/22 and ordered a steak, chicken, and shrimp hibachi plate that came to over $14. The ginger cup was an extra $1 so a total of over $15 for this plate. Got it home and ate it and I noticed that I started feeling nauseous. I ate a few more forks full and then I realized that it was the food that was making me sick. I threw up once and then I called to ask for a refund and the girl I spoke with told me that I cannot get a refund because I had eaten half of it. Ordered the 5 piece whitting fried and as soon as I opened the box I lnew it was wayyy overcooked! Waited for the guy to finish a transactions with another customer and told him the fish was overcooked and his response is "thats how we cook it all the time"!
