Chiiile, I went there less than 48 hours ago and baby! I was disappointed. I ordered a small hand tossed pizza and a 12 count buffalo medium sauce wings. My order of chicken was wrong twice. One man rung up my order while another one brought out the order. The total wait time for everything was I know close to 30-45 mins. & I was a dine-in. Literally only one family was there when I got there. But anyway, the order of wings came out wrong twice before they finally got it right, then the pizza was wrong too! I was like “what are they doing!?!?!” The pizza came out thin crust instead of hand tossed. The wings came out first a 8-piece boneless buffalo, then 12 count lemon pepper wings, then finally the right order of wings smh. I was tired of waiting & went on ahead and ate the pizza because I was hungry and had already been sitting for 25-30 mins just for my order to be constantly wrong. Had I not already paid & started eating I would’ve definitely asked for my FULL refund, left & not came back. & the dude that brought the wings to me time after time wrong, I specifically told them what I ordered when they brought the chicken out wrong the first time. & people came in and left right out after they were sitting & waiting for over 15-20 min. It’s ridiculous. Management needs to do better with cracking down on them and making sure the food is right! && they need to be wearing hair nets because from management to workers , none of them had anything on to protect the food. I know where not to go again until they get themselves together. Crazy thing about it is when I got my pizza the ticket was right but the order was wrong. So that comes to show they won’t reading or paying attention. The only ones who seemed to have gotten their order quickly & accurate were those that had ordered online. When the right order of wings came out, the person told me they were having problems with their fryer & apologized. I was merciful but it still has nothing to do with the order being wrong. $29 is way too much to be spending on food constantly being made wrong because you not paying attention. & it didn’t come with a drink! Read moreThis store used to be our favorite eat-in restaurant, after remodel it's among the worst !!! WIPED OFF THE MAP are all the pleasant restaurant atmosphere, comfortable seats and friendly wait staff !!! In their place is a stark glass cubicle housing a highly automated, cheapened, incredibly less tasty pizza! It's served by the youngest, cheapest, least trained, most poorly supervised, underqualified work crew in any restaurant or fast food outlet we have ever visited !! If you eat in, you are treated to the loud, unrestrained, trashy talk of the immature crew, not the former pleasant happy family chatter. If you need paper towels or your 24'' x 24'' micro table is missing salt it takes 10 to 15 minutes to catch one of tje crew's eyes and attention ... then 5 more minutes to shout back and forth to them (they're still frozen BEHIND the counter) to gain recognition of what you're asking to get! Once you've identified what's missing of course YOU are required to get up and go to the counter to get the salt shaker for your table! (All the salt shakers we could see, including our retrieved one, had total moisture saturation, so no salt would come out unless you oped it and scooped out contents). Read moreThis store has gone through a positive transformation. Recently not only was the entire restaurant overhauled and remodeled, but the staff management also. I wanted to be sure to give kudos to the management and staff of this Pizza Hut.
We used online ordering through the app, on the evening of 5/23/2024. When we arrived to pick our order up, it was realized that our order was wrong, through no fault of the staff or ours, my best guest is something with the app. When the young man at the window saw they made what was on the ticket they received, he was very nice and asked if we wanted to speak to the manager. The manager was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. The manager there that evening is an asset to this store. She has successfully managed that store and the employees there at a level we don't see much in food services anymore. She and her entire team went above and beyond.
Oh and the food was excellent, this was our 3rd visit in maybe 2 months, whereas before the transformation, we had not...
