I have a family of six including myself. I had worked a thirteen hour day and stopped to get dinner for us on my way home. The store did get my order correct. Impressed me with my large order. The cashier in the drive thru ruined that with a terrible attitude. Nayonna was the cashier. As I waited to order I overheard the order in front of me and could immediately tell that Nayonna was not having a good day. Rude is a nice way to put it. Probably not the position she should be working. She obviously isn't happy with helping people. I understand that dealing with the public is difficult sometimes. People can be aggravating and frustrating in the fast food industry. Customer service should not be sacrificed because you're having a bad day. That's what you signed up for, right? I had six orders to place. After I ordered the first combo, she asked me in a snappy, rude tone " will that be all" I replied " I'd also like a..." and after that she replied in a snappy, rude tone "will that be all?" And when I'd reply again "I'd also like a..." her attitude got worse after every meal I ordered and she asked me after every single order in a rude manner "will that be all". She got so upset that she didn't allow me to finish my order. She cut me off and said "hold on!" I waited at the menu board and we she came back after a couple minutes she said "May I take order" I replied " I never finished my order" she said "go ahead!". Didn't give me a total didn't repeat the order back to me, nothing. When I got to the window she looked at me like I had done something wrong. It's not my fault you aren't happy. I had a difficult day to, but I'm not treating others like it's their fault. Cheer up Nayonna! It could be worse. I could have been a jerk back at you. But you probably get that a lot....

I have come across this person at the teller inside who takes your order Ms CINTHIA 1st time I encountered her, she appeared rude. I didn’t pay attention took my order home just to realize that it was wrong. 2nd time. She just walked out as soon as it was my turn to order ,not even acknowledging that she had to leave and will be back or nothing.Then as usual rudely she takes my order without acknowledging for the wait. 3rd and last incident today.went to pick my breakfast…As soon I saw I knew there is trouble…I bet I was right. Her she goes rudely takes the order… I am waiting for my order to be packed …waited good 5min to realize that my ticket was not generated…5people behind me walked out with their order …when I asked the packer about the order…she said she did not have my ticket…How In The World Did You Not Print My Ticket Only …everyone before got theirs and everyone after me got their…How Did you Missed Me …She saw me looking at her…and she pretended you did not know…but she saw me look at her. I called the store Manager to raise my concern…Because this was not the first time…I let it go twice…not this time . The Manager..was the worst…instead of hearing what my concerns are .. she was telling me how the process work…and telling me that I was wrong and not hearing her…I did not called to know the process hear her ..I called her let her know that I was not a happy customer. Or how I have been treated There is no respect ,no acknowledgment no courtesy there no ears to listen I don’t do Google reviews very often …but when it is strike 3 I am going to put it up for people can see. I will never go back to this store …I Hope the upper management will read this...
Read more#2 Been awhile and we thought they would have gotten better by now but no such luck. Before the chicken was undercooked and now it's overcooked to the point it's chewy and dried up. $30 down the drain. The breasts were the size of a thigh and the thighs were the size of a wing. Oddly enough the drumsticks were ok. We can't afford to lose any more money at this location. It doesn't seem like they even care which is even worse. We love Bojangles but we won't go back to this location. Lamm Rd may make mistakes with the orders but at least their food is edible. I've added pics this time but they're not very good. You can't truly see the extend of damage to these poor chicken parts.
#1 Asked twice if there were 3 breast pcs in the 12 pc tailgate. Yes. Got our box and there were only two. Went back. Then the chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked.... grouse! Ordered a picnic bo-round they weren't ready so we had to wait. 15 minutes later they brought out an individual pack. We told them we ordered the picnic size and they said we don't have that on our menu.......seriously after a 15 minute wait?? Shouldn't they have mentioned that to begin with. All it is is a double order of the individual pack. Why do other Bojangles have them and this new one doesn't. How hard would it have been to do two individual orders after making us...
