Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wilson

I ordered 3 Quesaritos and they were all straight bread... I opened it up to find only 1 sliver of chicken in each of them. I called and informed them of the misunderstanding and they offered to remake them I requested beef instead of waiting 30 minutes for them to make more shredded chicken, having worked at taco bell myself they should have dropped it when they were getting low. When I got them it was only bread and rice... With a tablespoon worth of beef. And no sour cream, no sauce, and hardly any cheese. I mean it tasted like shoving a loaf of sunbeam bread into your mouth and trying to chew. It was disgusting. I will never go there late night again. Their customer service is average.. Placed order online with Taco bell and when I got there I was told that I still owe 40cents... Then after showing that the full amount had been deducted from my bank account the manager comes and tells me that I still owe two dollars and change. They wouldn't give me the food that had been paid for and they wouldn't reimburse the amount that had already been paid and said that I needed to call taco bell because they don't have anything to do with mobil ordering. My husband and I ordered a few chalupas and hard tacos. Pitiful amount of filling, especially meat in the steak chalupas. I actually thought they accidentally underfilled them, so I took one up to the register. A manager was called over, and after explaining the situation to her, she said it was the correct amount of meat: one scoop. she offered to make me another one, but since it was all three chalupas oh, and she would only add the same amount of meat anyway, I figured it would just be a waste of food.
