Hardee's — Restaurant in Wilson

My Name is Debra Johnson former Shift leader of B.N.E (Hardee's) I've worked at 3 locations, wilson (301) we're I was trained and March of 2024 I was stationed at my supposed to permanent store(Bailey), I am speaking out on this because while employed with this company I was made to feel as if I wasn't important enough to be heard, it was a nightmare, although I am a great worker with amazing work ethics, I often was discouraged this is one of the Primary reasons why people aren't working, they're not appreciated, underpaid and over worked, no token or even words of appreciation, will post pics of the last email sent to the C.E.O who directed me to the H.R (spencer) this man used every tactic to discredit my concerns and make me the problem, when I told I was poked in my head by the general Mgr and suggested that he watched footage from 8/12 and8/13 he told me that he wasn't going to watch all of that and nothing else was said about that, I have been in contact with the N.A.A.C.P AND the E.E.O.C, I WILL BE SHARING MY STORY AND ALSO RELEASING TEXT MESSAGES AND CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN DM, GM, AND EMAILS FOLLOW ME ON YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM (DEBRA ENDURANCE JOHNSON) I AM ALSO IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE LOCAL NEWS CHANNELS AS WELL AS TMZ, WORKPLACE DISCRIMINATION IS REAL, RACISM IS STILL ALIVE AND PEOPLE ARE ENDURING BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO SURVIVE, HOWEVER THE INJUSTICE IS OUT OF CONTROL, I CHOSE NOT TO WALK AWAY, BUT TO STAND THROUGH IT ALL, WHEN I MADE THE CHOICE TO STAND, THE OPPOSITION BECAME GREAT, I AM NO LONGER EMPLOYED WITH HARDEE'S AND THIS CHOICE WAS MADE AFTER BEING RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL WHILE I WAS AT WORK AND THE GM (YOLANDA FORREST HILLS) REFUSED TO CALL EMS AND I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES, SHE SHOWED NO CONCERN UNTIL AFTER I CALLED AND WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL. PEOPLE ARE NOT BEING TREATED LIKE PEOPLE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY'RE BEING TREATED LIKE ANIMALS, JUST THERE TO MAKE THEIR MONEY WHILE STRUGGLING FROM PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK, THE BEST GM IN MY OPINION WAS REVA (301) LOCATION SHE KNOWS HOW TO REACH PEOPLE AND GAIN A RELATIONSHIP, THE BEST DM IN MY OPINION WAS NIECY...SHE OFTEN ENCOURAGED ME AND STRENGTHENED ME IN MY ROLE WHILE EMPLOYED WITH THIS COMPANY, I APPRECIATE THE 2 OF YOU. Long time Hardee's customer and have been to many over the years driving up and down east coast.

This one was not different than others. Food was hot, tasty, and quick.

They have a practice of moving the car out of the window to a waiting spot. I paid and was asked to move forward to where another car was waiting. No cars behind me and by the time the food was delivered there were no cars still. This left the order taker, money taker, food delivery (all same person) to go outside, when line was empty.

I know the practice of penalizing the window taker for long window time. For them to be penalized when it is a condition out of their control is not good management. A new sensor should be placed on the pull up location with a flashing light and ringing bell to signify the importance of a customer in a position where an employee will need to leave their position, go outside alone, walk on what appeared to be unlevel lava rock, and maybe return if not correct.

Please stop this practice and adjust the practices to ensure employee safety and provide the Hardee's customer service I enjoy, and not placed off...

I stopped at this Hardee’s on my way home from work. Around 9pm. The guy who took my order ( in drive thru) was very rude and short with me. Got to the window and seemed nicer. Don’t know if it was the same guy. I had ordered 2 Frisco Burger Meals. We were unable to eat our food. The burger was luke warm, the bun was not toasted at all and they must have thought this was really funny.....someone literally pour packets of salt on both burgers. The couple bits that I had before I realized what they had done sent my blood pressure sky high and left me with my heart beating out of my chest. For someone with health problems, this could have been a very serious thing. This kind of prank should result in termination to all parties involved. I will be escalating this...
