Hibachi 101 — Restaurant in Wilson

I have been going to the restaurant since they opened and for the most part have never had a bad experience but tonight I ordered my food and was order number 5. I waited 40 minutes asked about my order once I realized the orders were in the twenties and my number wasn’t called. I was told they lost the ticket and they would get it right away after waiting 20 more minutes I still had no food. I asked for my money back and I have never seen somebody get money out of the cash register so fast and give it to me. They had no care at all that I didn’t have my food and had waited a hour all they cared about was getting the current problem out of the store as fast as possible so they wouldn’t have to stop what they were doing and figure out how to solve the problem. 0 customer service, they have a job to do and don’t get in the way of that or...

I am SO DISAPPOINTED! I moved away from Wilson a while ago but still visit family every now and then. The last time I was there for holidays, I decided to grab take out lunch while in a hurry. I ordered chicken, steak, and white rice only and my husband got chicken, steak, shrimp, vegetables and white rice. We didn’t check the food before leaving (huge mistake) and when we got to my parents’ house, I noticed they had put vegetables in my food. No problem, I simply took them out and put them on my husband’s plate. As you can see in the pictures, I was left with only a couple pieces of meat after taking the veggies out! I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this place was on a mission to earn 1 star from the beginning. We greeted the employee to order and she didn’t greet us back ( rude ) second after we ordered which was at 8:30pm (they close at 9pm) she told me no dine in. Why wouldn’t she tell me before I paid ?? Now I had to eat in my car and stink up my car. Third , Every hibachi I been to before normally is 1/2 of the plate with steak and the other half with rice. This place literally gave me like 1/4 of the plate worth of steak, Now at $14 I would expect more steak. I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Save your money please. The staff and food sucked.
