Food quality has been very poor and accuracy has gone out the window. More than 50% of the time my order is wrong or missing ingredients. One sandwich I modified I changed the bread, added onions and mayo but not one customization was done. They just gave it to me the way it comes. I get salads with chicken but then there’s no chicken on it. The salad I ordered today didn’t have bacon which comes with it. Sometimes the easiest mess ups that I can get over is an incorrect side. I once got an apple that was rotting on the side.
My advice if you order from here is check your order. I mean open your sandwich and make sure everything is on there. Salads make sure you got your chicken and dressing. Really dig before you leave because there’s a high chance it’s not right. You’ll end up with a $13 salad that’s just lettuce tomato and ranch.
Update. I think at this point it's deliberate. Since my review 100% of my orders have been messed up. Fuji salad with chicken? No chicken and no apples slices. Yesterday 3 pack of macarons. Modified to not get any chocolate ones. All 3 were chocolate. This morning I wanted a bagel sliced but I knew if I chose sliced they would slice and toast. So I left it plain. Just whole unsliced untoasted so I could have it tomorrow for breakfast. Sure enough they sliced and toasted it. This sandwich had one THICK piece of bread and then a normal slice on the other side. They put that together and thought yeah that's good quality sandwich right there. It was weird to eat.
I've talked to 2 different managers and nothing changes. There’s no way you get every single order incorrect so at this point, I’m feeling targeted. Only reason I'm still coming here is i have a gift card. Once that's gone I'll never ever come back to...
Read moreI am not sure what is going on with this Panera location. I used to have a good experience going to this location, but lately it is so disappointing. The last time my mom and I went, our order was messed up and instead of the manager correcting it he proceeded to make excuses for the order being messed up, stating how the staff did not know what went on the salad so that was why it was messed up. Obviously if the staff is not making the orders correctly, they need to be trained properly, which is a reflection on the manager. My mom and I decided to go back today hoping the experience would be better. As soon as I got to the board and the cashier asked me what I wanted, I told her I wanted the southwest chicken salad-the whole size. Before I could get one more word out she said "Anything else!?" with an attitude. Just so rude and as if I was taking up too much of her time. No patience or customer service skills whatsoever. I am not sure if her shift was about to end or what, but regardless she should still have better customer service and communication skills than that. On top of that, I asked for Ceasar dressing instead of ranch for my salad but was given ranch dressing. We asked for no onion on my mom's salad, but they gave plenty of onions. I am not sure why out of all of the people in the kitchen, no one seems to be able to follow simple directions or cares to double check that the orders are accurate. Not sure if it is a reflection on the manager not training them properly or not checking after them, or if the team members are that incompetent-either way it is super frustrating and does not encourage us to...
Read moreAre you a customer paying with cash?? I used to love Panera, it was my go to for lunches on the run and I've always had decent service with the employees at any location I've been to. The food however has always been hit or miss at this location, but nothing to really make me want to write a review. Today at the Wilson, NC location the drive up window employee "Milca" (name on receipt) miscounted the cash I had given and argued that she counted correctly and proceeded to call me a "Karen" apparently because I questioned her.
While it's easy to use a colloquial reference because another name would be grounds for termination, but directly being called something that is now inherently being termed as offensive because the employ wanted to lash out is not good customer service and I can't imagine the brand that Panera would like to employ.
Panara Bread customer service is falling short and this location by far sufers from inadequate prepaired orders, service and now this.
I spoke to Samantha but seemed to fall short, since I could hear in the background a employee handing the phone over "oh no not at peak hours" just before the call was picked up by Samantha. She was professional but seemed annoyed and rushed. She stated she would talk to employees after "peak hours." While its annoying to have to take these calls it is astonishing that a employee would react this way. I don't trust my order being right at this location and now I worry giving cash to a employee....if I'll get the correct change back or be deemed a "Karen" for...
