Target — Local services in Wilson

I have to say this Target is one of the best ones in the area. However the Starbucks located inside the Target is Awful. Found out that the Starbucks locations in Targets are Not real Starbuck; they are just Target associates making coffee and Starbucks products. The Target in Wilson should send their associates to the nearby starbucks to have them trained in making their Starbucks products. Some of the Target associates do not know how to make quality coffee drinks. I made the mistake of going in there last Sunday to get a latte and it literally tasted like milk and flavoring - it was Awful. I should have turned around and returned it. That is the second time I have attempted to get a Starbucks coffee at that Target and left with a less than satisfactory drink. Again - The Starbucks in Targets are not real Starbucks. Don't think every time you're gonna get a quality Starbucks coffee at Target. It all depends on who's working that day and who knows how to make a Starbucks. It's Target so i can't dislike it too much, but some of the staff here is rude. When you make a return and the only words said to you are "do you have your ID" there's something missing on the customer service side. I'd also like to say that it's ridiculous that they do stocking during the day. I like to go to Target in the morning because I have a baby and that's the best time for us... I can't even go down most aisles with my cart so I have to carry my 20 pound baby & push a cart. Ever heard of overnight stocking? Maybe? I love Target, but this is certainly not one of my favorites.

P.S. if someone leaves a bag at the register it would be nice if you said something... I know you see it when you go t bag the next persons stuff. Target is probably the only place that doesn't hand you your bags or place them...

I placed an order and it wasn’t ready within the time I thought it was going to be (pick up closes at 9p)SAM went above and beyond taking care of me and my little one. This order contained things I wanted but it also contain formula that my son needed. I had work all day and didn’t have time to pick any up before hand and I’ve always loved target “pick up” and decided to go here. She went above and beyond to get the formula to me, Sam’s customer service was beyond amazing. It’s my fault I didn’t go before but she reassured me everything was okay. And as a first time mom I cried the whole way home. People like her don’t come around often so keep her around. She was selfless, exceptional and amazing. Thank you so much Sam, this meant a lot...
