I’ve gone here quite a few times and I’ve always had a decent experience until this last time. We spent $61 dollars and I tipped $12 (we were there maybe 30ish minutes) right after leaving I was charged $51.26 and then another $10 cause they didn’t charge it right initially and then later it updated to reflect the amount with the tip for $74 dollars. Woke up this morning (a Tuesday and we went on Saturday) and I was charged yet AGAIN another $51.26…why? I’m pregnant so I definitely didn’t even order much to drink except 2 non alcoholic drinks. My husband had a couple drinks but no way did we spend $130….check your bank statements cause apparently they WILL double charge you. I plan to call at 12 when they open to get it resolved and will update my review if it’s fixed but right now I’m pretty livid.

EDITED REVIEW: I changed my review to 5 stars because I was able to contact the manager who was super understanding of the situation and told me how to fix it if the charge didn’t fall off of my card…the charge finally fell off of my card after about 5 days and my money was given back to me so ultimately I only paid what I spent including tip. Food here has always been really good (I’m obsessed with their hotdogs) and customer service is always friendly/quick. I’m not sure who the girl is that was working around 9 something at night on November 21st 2023. Sat the bar with my ID and showed her my ID. My ID has a minor chip on it and she tells me “ Its state law and I can’t serve you”. My ID is not tampered or Expired. It still shows my face, no words are being scratched off and all the information Can be Read and Seen Clear As Day. I could not be served because of a small chip. But Bartender April served and gave great customer service with the same ID that I presented first time Ive ever stepped foot in there.
