05/14/22 It reminds me of a modern version of Pizza Inn. The atmosphere is fun and lively. For the appetizer, we tried the jalapeno cheddar sticks. Ooooh, it was so delicious. The sticks were fluffy inside. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza. The pizza is HUGE (plenty of leftovers)! The bbq sauce was a bit tangy and it paired really well with the rest of the toppings. I didn't like the sauce by itself so I avoided the crust. They gave a nice selection of alcoholic beverages. We recommend the original sin if you like fruity drinks. After we were done, we went over to the arcade. You are never too old to have fun! Bathrooms seemed cleaned. The waitress were upbeat, and attentive. We would definitely come back. It's perfect for a date night or for a family night.

The Hub in Wilson, NC is hands-down the best pizza restaurant in town! Their brick oven pizza is always fresh and delicious — I especially love the pepperoni pizza. Every time I’m in Wilson, I make sure to stop by The Hub for authentic Italian flavors and friendly service. It’s a family-friendly spot, perfect for dinner or a quick lunch, and they even have great cocktail options. If you’re looking for the best pizza in Wilson, NC — whether for dine-in, takeout, or delivery — The Hub is the place to go!

This is a great place to bring the kids and get an average pizza. Lots of games and noise for the family fun. The wings are the best part, really good wings! I had a bbq chicken pizza, had next to no toppings, and so sparse on sauce that there was bare crust. Lone server on a Sunday, and she worked her tail off. I would do the wings again, but that's about it. Just an average place to bring the kids for a noisy, relaxing drink where you can have the kids run wild and get some food.

The third time was not a charm! I first visited this restaurant approx a week after it opened. I walked in and ordered a couple of slices of pizza and a person behind the counter barely made eye contact and said "we are not doing take outs now". He simply turned around and went about his business. A bit rude I thought but, ok I'll move on. A couple of weeks ago my wife and I decided to try again for our routine Friday night pizza. We called in our oder and was told approx. 35 minutes. We arrived about 40 minutes later and I went inside to get it and was told it wasn't ready that they would call us. I returned to my car and we finally got the call about 20 minutes later. A bit late but, no worries. We went home ate the pizza and both agreed it lacked the flavor of a good pizza. Last night while attending a festival in the Whirligig Park I decided to walk over and order a couple of slices. After all the third time is a charm! I went inside and ordered two slices and was told it would take about 15 minutes and that they would phone me when it was ready. I went back inside 25 minutes later to check on it. The person behind the counter went to the cook area and informed me it would be about five more minutes. I went back outside to wait for the call. Ten minutes later I went back inside to check the status again. I was told it would be out shortly. Ten minutes later I returned inside and the person said "your order was lost in the kitchen. I'll refund your money. It should be back on your card in three business days or so" Wow! No I'm sorry or offer to fix it. I said " 45 minutes and no dinner for me...thanks, great service" ! I've lived in Wilson for sixty years and this was the worst dining experience I've ever had in this sweet little city. I will not...

Originally we were going to sit in the restaurant but quickly placed a take out order and specifically told the waitress we were going next door for a bigger table, since we had a large party for a birthday. Left our phone number and they said they would call us. After 30 mins, went to check on the order just to make sure we didn’t miss a phone call or they have the wrong number and it wasn’t ready (that’s okay, I know great food takes time to make so not complaining about that). More time went by and went to check on it again and the staff said it had been ready and they must have called the wrong number because they called it but it wouldn’t go through-we didn’t get a phone call. The restaurant was not busy at the time and unfortunately our food was very cold. It was still great, the food always is-but lack of customer service on their part. The waitress knew we were next door and didn’t bother to apologize for the cold pizza and garlic knots.

Updated rating: the owner is amazing and provided more information-the staff did try to call us but it was the incorrect number. Thanks for coming up with a solution to double check the phone numbers with each customer. THAT’S amazing...

I've used carry out and dine in for this establishment. My first experience was using DoorDash, the process was pretty smooth and my order was ready within about 10 minutes of my arrival. The only hiccup was an extra charge of 1.07 for extra sauce on the pizza. If the option is available on the menu, I usually request it in the comments. Extra sauce usually varies from place to place, but now I know they charge extra for it :)

Dine In - I went on a Tuesday to try their $2 slices and .50 wings. I believe the $2 slice is available all day while the .50 wings are only available from 11 am to 3 pm (dine in only). The pizza was good, just a little light on the sauce if you ask me :-) The wings are really big, I mean huge. The taste with the hot buffalo sauce is good as well as the Sweet BBQ sauce. All in all, the Tuesday special is a really great deal. I also believe beers and wine are $2.

The venue is kind of small, so I wouldn't expect a ton of servers to be on duty, but service was pretty good with the one person manning the bar and serving all the tables. I will return for...
