Stork's is located on a corner, welcoming us into Wilton Manors. Upon arrival, we found parking immediately. The inside is dark and cozy and the display cases were filled with delectable cakes. The pastries didn't look as appealing as the cakes. We ordered the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and the French chocolate cake. I asked if there was anything else worth getting and the woman at the counter did not offer any suggestions - just that everything is good. I ordered a cinnamon and raspberry pastry from the display case to get some variety. It totaled to about $16.50 for the two slices and the two mini pastries. I took one bite of the chocolate cake and tasted flavorless dry cake. I expected a fudgey deep chocolate flavor, but didn't get any of that. The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was disappointing as well. It barely had any raspberry flavor to it and the white chocolate was only a thin icing on the top. The pastries tasted dry and stale. I've been to many bakeries and this is my least favorite in south Florida.

This is a nice, clean, cafe style eatery. They sell deli sandwiches, soups, salads, and a wide selection of desserts and coffee. The service is excellent and the setting is inviting and comfy. They have seating inside and on an outside tented patio. I saw people working on laptops so assume they have free wifi, but did not use the wifi myself, so can't confirm 100%. The food was delivered to our table outside, and when you are done you can drop your tray off at a tray station above a trash bin. We ordered a Turkey club and skirt steak sandwiches, which were pretty tasty. The portion sizes are very large, and you can easily share a sandwich w/ a friend. The white chocolate lemon tart was also yummy. I would say the food is what you would expect from a simple cafe (good but not phenomenal). I was overall happy with my experience and would visit again for a quick bite if I was in the area again.

An ok place for breakfast!! Parking can be a bit complicated; we almost left based on the number of cars parked outside we thought the place was full of customers, it turns out there were plenty of empty tables inside, and we sat down with no waiting time at all. Food was okay, maybe too expensive, $11.95 for turkey club, or $7.95 for a slice of carrot cake is a bit too much. I think! Their home fries were flat with no spices or flavor. It may have been the style since I had never seen home fries like those. Bacon was great, though 😋 no complaints at all. The staff is very enthusiastic and polite. I felt welcomed and not being rushed to order. As I mentioned, there was no waiting time and plenty of room to sit inside and outside. I'm not sure if I'll come back! 😕

Stork’s Café Bakery’s slogan is “Bringing a unique combination of an upscale coffeehouse, bakery and bistro café, all rolled in one.” Quite frankly, I couldn’t agree more. Stork’s Café Bakery is where Starbucks meets the Cheesecake Factory. It’s the perfect spot to grab a quick coffee and Danish pastry, read a good book and relax.

This café’s tranquil vibe can slow down any frantic college student’s busy day. Not to mention, it’s open 6:30 am to midnight every Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to midnight on Saturday and Sunday. Sounds like perfection to me. Plus — wait for it — they deliver. With affordable prices ranging from $6 to $10, this bakery was clearly made with college students in mind. It has a nice selection of sandwiches, pastries, coffees, teas, salads, smoothies and anything else you’d imagine a bakery to have.

It didn’t take long for me to decide what I wanted; the homemade white chocolate raspberry cheesecake had my name all over it. It looked really simple — no over the top decorations or elaborate frosting designs, just a plain cheesecake with a light raspberry drizzle on top. But despite its ordinary look, the taste was nothing short of amazing. I’ve proudly had my share of white chocolate cheesecakes and their version tops them all. My pallet has never embraced such a rich, thick, decadent cake before. The only problem I had with this bakery is that its cake selection was pretty limited. However, the selection they did have was good enough for me. It’s evident their theme is quality over quantity.

The Cake Enthusiast rates this bakery a 4 out of 5. Keep up the good...

I wholeheartedly do not understand where all these fantastic reviews are coming from. Is the ambiance great? Totally! Is the customer service good? Definitely! The food…,Subpar. Their desserts look beautiful and delicious, but I’ve seen past reviews saying that they look better than they taste. Their sandwiches look good but I never tried them…the coffee is gross, burnt tasting, and whatever I ate today was awful. First, I wanna comment on the price of the salads in the front. They are so expensive and I will show you what I got for $15 in the picture below (salads only). The broccoli salad was meh, The avocado salad had potential, but it was so soggy, and the sweet potatoes I took one bite and almost threw up. I mean, it was sweet potato with pecans and blue cheese, I don’t know who invented this combination, but it is awful. The manager was great and she exchanged it for two empanadas. The outside of the empanada, the crust, was like white bread and the inside was flavourless mush. I ate half of one and threw out the rest. Their menu is extensive and I just don’t think that you can be good at everything and they need to choose their niche. I actually haven’t been to this place in a long time and now I remember why. The manager did try to make it up to me and gave me a beautiful dessert which I very much enjoyed. Now I probably sound like one of those obnoxious clients, but if you look at my past reviews, I usually say very positive things about restaurants, but this place needs to focus on what they’re good at. So...

You know those places that just feel like a warm hug from the moment you walk in? Storks Bakery and Coffee House is exactly that. The staff here doesn't just serve you - they create that "where everybody knows your name" vibe that makes you want to become a regular after just one visit.

Let's talk about the real star of the show: their French Chocolate Cake. Oh. My. Word. This isn't your average chocolate cake - it's the kind that makes you wonder if they've got a French pastry chef hidden away in the kitchen. Each layer is pure chocolate perfection, with that subtle European sophistication that sets it apart from typical American chocolate cakes. The texture is pure velvet, and the richness? It's that perfect sweet spot where decadent meets "I can definitely finish this slice" territory.

The display case is filled with other tempting treats too, each looking like it's ready for its Instagram debut. But trust me on the French Chocolate Cake - it's the kind of dessert that makes you want to text your foodie friends immediately (which I...
