The store manager is rude, aggressive, abrasive, unprofessional, inconsistent, inconsiderate, takes zero responsibility for her actions, has no tolerance for a respectful unsatisfied customer, the store manager should be fired. You can't run a business and speak to a customer any way you feel like it. At all times professionalism is key. The service was terrible. I don't need your attitude while ordering my food. I tried to order my food. The manager said it isn't my fault I did not hear her when I placed my order. WHAT? She was rude when u requested the food be cooked a specific way. She did not take my order in full. She did not ask me anything to fulfill my order PERIOD. She took a partial order because of her attitude, she never asked me what else I needed.. When I asked her to complete my order she said the order is already made, that's your fault for not speaking up. Mind you I did spoke up by calling the establishment over the Phone to get my order placed. Because she had me sitting in the drive through WITH NO ONE IN FRONT OF ME. AND A LONG LINE. She said I can report her to corporate if I want to. All I wanted was my food.... She did not charge me for the food. Instead she sat the food down and said there is your food I'm dealing with another customter. She was nasty, rude and I threw the food away because I don't trust this establishment. When someone is handling your food you should always be kind, AND I WAS. KIND COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL. And she still gave me an attitude. And I'm not going to allow a bully who is manager to speak to me anyway she pleases....

On Sunday, 11/29/2020 @ 8:15 pm, I ordered dinner and at about 8:30 pm.
Within a few minutes the same Server (Cashier) began to put all the empty chairs on the tables, followed by mopping the dinning room floor with the cleaning solution "Fabuloso" (strong smell that irritated my eyes).
A group of about 7 customers walked in and order to go after noticing that she kept mopping (you could tell that they wanted to eat-in).
I tried to get water out of the soda fountain and the lady mopping told me that the machine had been shut off (again, before closing).
She got done mopping at about 8:54 pm.
I asked another employee if I could talk to the Manager (a Hispanic female believed to be from Nicaragua came to me by the register).
I asked the Manager at what time she closes and she said 9:00 pm, at which time I let her know (in Spanish) that employees should avoid mopping the floor before closing especially if they are going to use strong cleaning chemicals that bother customers but she didn't seem to care.
The lady that Served me (the same one that put up the chairs & mopped the floor, shut the door directly behind me and locked it at 8:57 pm as if mad, which I also found to be very rude.
If you are able to check the Security Cameras, you'll be able to confirm my complaint.

I was forced to pour my own drinks for a large order and was refused a drink carrier, even though I clearly had multiple beverages to carry. My hands were completely full, which made it impossible to confirm the pickup in the Uber Eats app until I got back to my car.
Despite completing the delivery and having a 100% satisfaction rate from customers, I received a complaint from this restaurant saying I didn’t confirm the order — which is completely unfair and misleading.
I clearly said at the time that my hands were full and I would confirm the pickup as soon as my hands were free. I never refused to confirm anything — I explained that I would do it right away once I was able to.
I also made it clear at the beginning that I don’t speak English fluently and I’m still learning. Instead of showing patience or understanding, the staff responded in a rude and disrespectful way. Later, they even reported me to Uber, which is unacceptable behavior toward someone trying to do their job responsibly.
The staff was rude, dismissive, and showed zero regard for the reality of delivery work. I will be leaving this review from multiple accounts and across all platforms including Google and Yelp.
