Receipt says Catherine Z was our cashier. (8.2.19 at 8:51am) She needs customer service training. She was super annoyed with our questions. Ex: “Do you have maple donuts?” She huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes before saying no they don’t have them. This was our first trip to Dunkin’ (passing through on a drive.) Also not impressed that their pink sprinkle donuts literally had 6 sprinkles nothing close to what was advertised. The worst part: she placed all of the glazed donuts icing DOWN so when we took them out of the bag, all the icing stuck to the bottom of the bag. I normally go there during my lunch break if I am in town. I ordered a plain bagel with bacon and egg. I watched the guy put my egg and bacon on the counter without a barrier ( plate, napkin, tissue, paper...) while waiting for my bagel to toast. I asked him if this is common practice and with a annoyed facial expression he said that the counter is clean and that is how they always do it. I told him that my counter at home is clean as well but I find it common courtesy to use a plate anyways and that I find it nasty. He just wrapped up my bagel and handed it to me. As far as Dunkin Donuts locations are concerned this one is above average. If you have time to sit and enjoy your coffee there is a large screen TV and several comfortable couches to sit at along with their regular dining tables. The service is generally fast and friendly. The tables are wiped down often and the floors are kept extremely clean, the bathroom is well-maintained and you can tell they look after it often.
