Arby's — Restaurant in Winchester

We were on our way to Maryland from Tennessee because my Father-In-Law we thought had a Heart Attack! Stopped here for what we thought would be a QUICK bite & back on the road! We were Wrong! Took quite some time 2 get our food & then Two of the Four things we ordered was Messed Up! My husband ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich on an Onion Bun (cause he can't eat Sesame Seeds) & I heard the girl go to the kitchen & repeat the special order & it still came out on a Sesame Seed Bun! My Daughter-In-Law ordered their Gyro over Curley Fries because she can't eat Gluten! It came out as a Gyro Sandwich! That one wasn't put in as the Fries, it was put in for the Sandwich, so I can't fault the kitchen for that one! All I know, is if we our headed there again, we WILL NOT be stopping...

Sent my Husband out for drive-thru. They left out the cheese sauce that they charged extra for, and they left out the sauce that goes with the French Dip sandwich I ordered. On top of that they don't carry potato bites anymore and I don't like their fries so got onion rings and they're awful even covered with ketchup, the tea tastes like it's about to sour and they cost twice as much as other fast food places. Called to let them know, oh well, they're closed and they're really sorry. Well, oh well, I'm really sorry too, but we won't be visiting our local...

I ordered a #14 with a shake. They asked which sandwich that was, and I told them it was the Smokehouse Brisket. I didn't know until I got my food that they assumed I just wanted the sandwich, not the combo. They also forgot to give me a straw for the shake. The sandwich looked like it was assembled by dropping the ingredients into the box from 2 feet up, with more sauce on the box than the sandwich. There was also barely any meat on an $8 sandwich.
