Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winchester

I loved this Dunkin, the employees who used to be here were quick to acknowledge you, and payed attention to your order to make sure everything was correct and overall they were very pleasant. I stopped coming to this one about a year ago, but due to my favorite location being renovated, I've come back here a few times, and I'll be very thrilled when the other location is back open again. Customer service is little to none. I've stood there for 15-20 minutes and have made eye contact or said something to current employees to be blatantly ignored. Mobile orders have been wrong almost every time I've done one there. No point in trying to get an employees attention, you 9/10 won't get anything anyway. The last 3 times my daughter has gone into this specific location. she waited n waited. There was a guy sitting at the front of the store n said hello. The girl worker went out the door n jumped into a vehicle with a husband or boyfriend. So there stood my daughter wanting coffee n donuts n coffee that is on sale for 3 bags. Who is suppose to be the manager of this store to let people just sit around n not wait on customers. And by the way this is the 3rd time in few weeks this has happened...close up if people do not want to wait...

I come here almost every morning and get a curbside iced coffee. THATS IT. It takes them at least 15-20 minutes everytime to bring it out because they handle inside customers first. Orders should be taken care of in the order they are received, point blank period. It’s sad i have to call into the store and tell them i’ve been sitting for them to bring my drink out.
